Accounting officer ( 5 days work in Lai Chi Kok)

Five-day work week
Handle full set of accounts for daily and month end
Prepare regular accounting reports
Independent to handle full accounting works
Preferable in Building material industry experience

Main Responsibilities:

Daily accounting operations including bookkeeping, A/R & A/P monitoring, Work-in-Progress, T/T payment / cheque / preparation, cashflow forecast, inter-company accounts reconciliation, management accounts. Handle full set of accounts including general ledger, accounts receivable, accounts payable and month-end closing, etc;
Perform general accounting duties including data entries, document sorting, daily reconciliation, filing, and safekeeping of document files
A&R for each project update from time to time
Prepare and follow up the invoices and receipts, including debit notes to billing transactions
Assist in any ad-hoc projects assigned.handle project margin analysis report and salesmen’s commission
Ensure compliance to Company’s policies and internal control requirements
year-end audit and other ad hoc projects as required

Qualifications:

Diploma in Accounting/ related accounting qualification is preferred
Minimum 3 years’ accounting experience, audit experience is an advantage
Good in Ms office especially MS Excel and Ms Word, including Traditional Chinese input.
Well experience in Sage 50/ Peachtree software
Hardworking, honest , meet deadline
