Human Resources Manager

Responsibilities:

To lead a team in delivering full range HR function including Talent acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, Policies & Procedures formulation and execution, Staff Training & Development, EC Insurance and Taxation in compliance with the mandatory requirements.
Manage HRIS and ensure all staff information/data in good order.
To analyze the Manpower Utilization for various functions / production lines and based on benchmarking results to prepare the relevant reports on regular basis for management review.
Lead/facilitate staff training and development / employee related activities.
Based in Hong Kong with involvement in PRC business.

Requirements:

Strong people management and inter-personal communication skills.
University degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines with membership of HKHIRM preferred.
Minimum 10 years solid Human Resources & Staff Training experience with at least 3 years in management level, preferably with working experience in Food Manufacturing/Catering industry in executing Food Safety System such as ISO22000/HACCP/GMP with knowledge of corporate general insurance an advantage.
Candidates with less working experience will be considered as Assistant Human Resources Manager.
