招聘職位：

餐廳領班 (港青咖啡座)

工作範圍:

  • 協助管理及帶領團隊提供優質的服務

  • 替客人落單，供應食品和飲料，清潔及重設桌面，補充餐具櫃及為客人提供專業的餐飲服務

  • 督導餐廳內的衛生情況

工作要求:

  • ⁠中六程度

  • ⁠具五年相關工作經驗

  • ⁠良好客戶服務及有效的溝通技巧

  • 積極、友善、俱團隊合作精神

  • ⁠良好粵語，一般英文及普通話

  • 5天工作，每週工作48小時，需輪班工作

Guest Service Agent / Senior Guest Service Agent (5 day-week)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle check in and check out procedures;

  • ⁠Greet and welcome guests; and answer their enquiries in a professional manner at all time;

Requirements:

  • ⁠Diploma or above in Hospitality or related discipline;

  • Good command of written & spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin;

  • Excellent telephone manners and good customer service skills;

  • Pleasant, confident and patient;

  • Knowledge of using Opera will be an advantage;

  • ⁠Shift duty is required;

  • ⁠Fresh graduate will also be considered

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Service Agent.

  • ⁠5 days week; 9.6 working hrs per day and 48 hrs per week
