(Overnight) Guest Service Supervisor / Executive

(Fresh graduates are also welcome)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide check-in and check-out services for guests in a professional manner

  • Maintain records pertinent to the guests staying in the hotel

  • Responsible for all daily front office activities

Requirements:

  • 1 year or above related experience gained in sizable hotel is preferred

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

Guest Service Executive (Call Centre) - Day Shift

(Fresh graduates are also welcome)

Responsibilities:

  • Handle phone calls and respond to guests' inquiries in an efficient and courteous tone

  • Assist guests in all inquiries

  • No overnight shift is required

Requirements:

  • 1 year or above related experience gained in sizable hotel is preferred

  • Good telephone manner with excellent customer service skills

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Fresh graduates will also be considered

9-Month Fast Track Housekeeping Supervisor Training Program

(Fresh graduates are also welcome)

Program:

  • 9 months Duration

  • Training includes: Room Area, Administration, Recreation, Uniform & Linen, Public Area

  • Satisfactory performance will lead to promotion to Housekeeping Supervisor when finishing the program

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of English

  • Sense of responsibility

  • No experience and fresh graduates will also be considered

  • Cross-exposure in 2 other departments (at your choice)

  • Sense of responsibility

  • No experience and fresh graduates will also be considered

Assistant Housekeeper / Housekeeping Supervisor

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Department Head in managing and supervising the daily operations of Housekeeping Department 

  • Assist in identifying training needs and implementing training sessions

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Department Head

Requirements:

  • 5 years housekeeping experience with 2 years in supervisory level in international hotel chain

  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player

  • Strong leadership, self-motivated, detail-oriented and work independently under pressure
