Facilities Supervisor

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate and manage ground staff schedules to ensure efficient daily operations
Supervise duty ground staff, providing guidance, support, and performance feedback
Conduct routine inspections of facilities and equipment; prepare reports on damage and maintenance needs
Ensure all grounds and facilities, including changing rooms, toilets, car parks, and clubhouses, are properly prepared and maintained before use
Act as the primary point of contact for all user groups, handling inquiries and coordinating support as needed
Keep accurate records of injuries, lost and found items, maintenance activities, staff rosters, and incidents; prepare reports for management review
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and align operations with HKCR (Hong Kong China Rugby) standards
Prepare quotations, purchase orders, and cheque requisitions for external contractors performing maintenance and repairs
Maintain organized filing systems for all documentation and monitor the performance of contractors and service providers
KEY SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or equivalent qualification
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Valid driving license
Fluency in both spoken and written Chinese and English
Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in facilities management or related roles
Flexibility to work beyond regular hours, including weekends and public holidays, with shift work as required (6-day work week)
