Sales and Marketing Executive (Kwun Tong , 5 Days)

Responsibilities:

  • Support daily sales and marketing/operation activities (online and offline) ;

  • Support key accounts development and maintenance by evaluating the requirements and suggesting respective solutions;

  • Monitor, and analyze sales and market trends;

  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the retail industry. (Fresh graduates will also be considered).

  • Diploma or above in any discipline, with an advantage in Marketing / Business / Communications or a relevant discipline.

  • Good command both of written and spoken English and Chinese.

  • Familiarity with PC applications (Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint) and Chinese typing skills.

  • Self-motivated, detail-minded, well-organized with good analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Immediate availability is preferred.

IT Project Specialist (1.5 years contract)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage IT Projects, including POS, CRM, Workflow System & responsible for system design;

  • Manage all user’s requirement capture, system testing, deployment;

  • Prepare documentation and reports in the development cycle;

  • Define application problem by conferring with software house, internal departments, evaluate procedures and processes;

  • Control solutions by establishing specifications, coordinate production with vendors and programmers;

  • Validate results by testing programs;

  • Provide technical support and training to all internal users;

  • Accomplish information systems and organization mission by completing related results as needed;

  • Assist in other ad hoc project as assigned.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in IT, Computer Science or related disciplines with at least 5 years relevant working experience;

  • Over 3 years' experience in business application project management;

  • Experience in system development of POS and ERP in retailing, FMCG or F&B industry;

  • Experience with Business Intelligence reporting tools, change and process is an advantage;

  • Familiar with MSSQL ,Mongo DB and SQL Server;

  • Familiar with Java with Spring Boot , Jsp , ⁠Typescript with Angular & Flutter;

  • Experience with E-Commerce and EDI is an advantage;

  • Experience in database administration, trouble shooting and performance tuning is an advantage;

  • Strong analytical, problem solving and organizational skills;

  • Good communication and interpersonal skill;

  • Good command in spoken and written English and Chinese;

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant IT Project Specialist.

HR Assistant (Kwun Tong, 5 days work)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the full Frontline Staff recruitment cycle, including but not limited to Job Posting, Interview Arrangement, Employment Contract preparing and New Staff Orientation;

  • Maintain and update records such as Attendance and Leave Record management, Medical Claim and other Benefits administrations;

  • Liaising with Internal and External Stakeholders, provide support in coordinating Trainee Program and Staff Activities;

  • Assist in Frontline Staff payroll calculations;

  • Assist in Employee Activities (Staff purchase, Annual Dinner & Christmas Party), and other ad-hoc assignments;

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education with experience in HR field, preferably in retail industry;

  • Team player with positive mindset and strong sense of responsibility;

  • Self-disciplined, good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Knowledge of using Microsoft Office applications and Chinese Word Processing;

  • Immediate available will be highly preferred;
