Senior/ Property & Facility Officer

What you’ll be doing?

Assist the Area Manager in providing high-quality property management services
Organize meetings and carry out administrative duties for Incorporated Owners
Establish and maintain good relationship with tenants
Handle emergency incidents, customer inquiries and complaints
Monitor the standards of maintenance, security and cleaning services of properties

Who are we looking for?

Diploma or above or with qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework;
2 - 3 years' relevant work experience in property management
Possess PMP Licence is an advantage
Customer service-oriented and able to work under pressure
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Computer literate in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing

Property Officer Trainee

Assistant Shopping Centre Officer

What you’ll be doing?

Handle general customers' enquiries
General administrative support

Who are we looking for?

Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
Pleasant personality with good communication skill
Fresh graduates are also welcome

Assistant Clubhouse Officer

What you’ll be doing?

Assist in daily operation of clubhouse and organizing recreational activities
Handle enquiries and provide excellent services to customers

Who are we looking for?

Form 5 or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level. Relevant experience in recreation / clubhouse / customer service is an advantage
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
Self-motivated, responsible with good team spirit
Required to work on shifts

Assistant Guest Relations Officer

What you’ll be doing?

Monitor and perform day to day operation
Liaise with other department and outside contractors to ensure excellent service delivery
Able to handle both guest complaints and enquiries in a courteous and efficient manner

Who are we looking for?

Form 5 or above
At least 1 year's customer service experience, preferably in hospitality, tourism, hotel or related service industry
Experience in the operations of serviced apartments/residences will be an advantage
Service-oriented, mature, independent and able to work under pressure
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Good command of both written and spoken English & Chinese
Computer literate in Ms Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
Shift duty is required
