What you will do:

What you will do:

  • To ensure that arriving/departing guests with luggage receive assistance accordingly, either from the Bell team or directly from the Doorman

Guest Services Officer – Concierge

What you will do:

  • Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the lobby and Concierge counter

  • Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests, assisting with guests in any plans / arrangement and providing useful information

What you should have:

  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries

Head Sommelier - One Harbour Road (Chinese Restaurant)

What you will do:

  • Through analysis of sales performance and profitability of existing wine lists, use wine knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and profitability by continuously improving the hotel’s International Wine List.

  • To maintain a close relationship with all wine agents/importers, in order to secure first-hand option on special wines, available on limited quantities or allocations.

  • To develop and recommend to the Outlet Manager / Head Sommelier of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, appropriate pricing strategies for the designated operation.

  • Review all slow moving items and recommend actions, i.e. further cellaring, special promotions, bin-end sales, etc.

  • Be passionate and knowledgeable about Chinese dining culture, food and wine.

  • Driven to exceed guests’ expectations.

  • Natural leader who knows how to have fun at work whilst being attentive and hospitable effortlessly.

Host - Front Office/ Grand Club

What you will do:

  • Responsible for full spectrum of duties, including greeting guests, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out procedures for guests, handling enquiries and complaints professionally

What you should have:

  • Preferably with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries

Receptionist - Steakhouse / Italian Restaurant

What you will do:

  • Provide a warm welcome to all restaurant patrons and escort them to the dining area

  • Constantly strive to satisfy guests’ needs and delight the guests

What you should have:

  • Preferably with 1 year of experience in service industries

  • Good communication and language skills

Sous Chef – Pastry

What you will do:

  • You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.

  • To assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing his / her assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.

What you should have:

  • Minimum 2 years work experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.

Technician (Air Conditioning/Electrical/Builder) 技術員 (冷氣/電工/三行)

What you will do:

  • Provide professional, excellent, and consistent repair and maintenance services for the hotel in the Engineering Department, meeting requirements to the fullest extent possible

What you should have:

  • Preferably with 1-3 year of working experience 
    最好具備一年至三年的工作經驗

  • Proficient in Cantonese; basic English; able to read and write Chinese;

Waiter / Waitress – Grand Club (F&B focus)

What you will do:

  • Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to guests in accordance to the hotel’s brand standards in the Grand Club Lounge

What you should have:

  • Preferably with 1 year of working experience in service industries

  • Good communication skills and high proficiency in language skills
