What you will do:

What you will do:
Through analysis of sales performance and profitability of existing wine lists, use wine knowledge to improve customer satisfaction and profitability by continuously improving the hotel’s International Wine List.
To maintain a close relationship with all wine agents/importers, in order to secure first-hand option on special wines, available on limited quantities or allocations.
To develop and recommend to the Outlet Manager / Head Sommelier of Grand Hyatt Hong Kong, appropriate pricing strategies for the designated operation.
Review all slow moving items and recommend actions, i.e. further cellaring, special promotions, bin-end sales, etc.

Preferably with a relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management

What you will do:
You will be responsible to assist with the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations.
To assist the Chef de Cuisine in managing his / her assigned kitchen operation as a successful independent profit center, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction, through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling the Kitchen operation and administration.
What you should have:
Minimum 2 years work experience as Sous Chef or 4 years as Chef de Partie in a hotel or large restaurant with good standards; preferably with experience in luxury international brands.
Technician (Air Conditioning/Electrical/Builder) 技術員 (冷氣/電工/三行)
What you will do:
Provide professional, excellent, and consistent repair and maintenance services for the hotel in the Engineering Department, meeting requirements to the fullest extent possible
