About the role
E Shop Sales role working with the E shop team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service is delivered to all customers.
Key responsibilities
Work with the E shop team to ensure a consistently high level of customer service is delivered to all customers
Ensure the delivery schedule is communicated effectively with the express company
Assist the E shop team to carry out effective day-to-day operation of the store and stock
Assist the warehouse to handle daily operation
About you
F.5 or above education
2 years working experience
Advanced with e shop experience
Good communication skill
Good service attitude
Responsibility, efficient and self-motivated
Proficiency in MS office application
