Project Manager, Core System
In this position, you will:
Lead project management within the Core Network (Core) domain.
Act as the primary point of contact for receiving instructions from customers or their representatives.
Take full responsibility for all contractual, managerial, technical, and coordination matters within the domain.
Ensure smooth execution of projects by overseeing delivery, resolving issues, and aligning stakeholders.
To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:
Possess at least a bachelor’s degree in electronic engineering, electrical engineering, electrical & electronic engineering, computer engineering, computer science, information engineering, telecommunications or equivalent.
At least five (5) years of ICT post-qualification experience, including at least three (3) years in managing one or more ICT system(s) or radio network related system or sub-system, one of which requires to be core network.
Good Command of written & spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, along with excellent teamwork and communication abilities.
Project Management Professional PMP certification preferred.
Familiar with the overall architecture of cloud-based core networks (5GC/NFV).
Knowledge of daily operation and maintenance workflows for telecom operators’ core networks.
Deep understanding of core network-related business processes, such as service activation and billing systems.
