Assistant Marketing Manager (MVNO Business)

In this position, you will:

Manage day to day operation and activities with MVNO and sponsored roaming partners
Drive business growth by achieving revenue targets
Define Wholesale and MVNO requirements based on customer needs
Review and negotiate MVNO agreements and addendums
Provide analytical support for the commercial justifications
Collaborate with Network, IT, Finance, Legal and Roaming Operations for the implementation of MVNO partners’ requirements
Support International Business team on special projects assigned

To be successful in this position, you should meet the following requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in a related field
Minimum 5 experience in mobile wholesale, international roaming and/or MVNO Business
Excellent commercial skills with a strong analytical ability
Excellent communicator, highly organized, driven, result oriented and able to work independently in a fast paced environment
Able to communicate in both verbal and written English and Mandarin
Able to foster strong relationships with both our partners and internal parties

Corporate Management Manager

Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive analysis of the Company's organizational structure and develop optimization strategies aligned with the evolving needs of the international organization
Streamline and enhance the responsibilities of Headquarters departments, overseas Regions, and local sales units, ensuring efficient communication and coordination among different entities
Establish and maintain a comprehensive framework of company policies and regulations, overseeing the planning, implementation, and compliance of departmental policies
Drive the development and improvement of the company's process management system, creating guidelines and standards for continuous process optimization across departments
Promote and facilitate management innovation within the organization, including the development and implementation of management innovation evaluation and quality control (QC) activities
Assist in any ad hoc assignments as required by supervisor

Job Requirements:

Bachelor degree or above in Telecommunication, Computer Science, Management or related disciplines will be an advantage
Minimum 8 years’ relevant experience in corporate management, organizational development, and process optimization is preferred
Strong understanding of international corporate structures and the ability to align them with company objectives
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with various stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Proficiency in relevant software and tools to support process management and analysis
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin)
