Operations Assistant (Part-time)

Responsibilities:

Handle daily SIM card orders across different portals and systems (e.g., GDS / MVNO platforms).
Provide timely logistics support, including shipping individual orders and bulk orders.
Be responsible for packaging SIM cards, envelopes, and other required materials with accuracy and consistency.
Support inventory management, including stock tracking and replenishment-related activities.
Provide support to other ad-hoc tasks and projects assigned by the supervisor.
Assist with completing and updating customs declaration documents (报关表).

Requirements:

Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Self-motivated, detail-minded, and able to maintain high accuracy under time pressure.
Positive attitude and capable of sustaining a fast and consistent work pace.
Experience in related roles (e.g., shelf stocker, warehouse or logistics support) is an advantage.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Computing ability: comfortable with daily use of computers and systems, including data entry, basic spreadsheet work (e.g., Excel/Google Sheets), email/online portal operations, and following instructions in digital workflows.

Senior Solution Consultant (IoT)

Responsibilities:

Provide consulting advice and services to enterprise clients for different IoT and ICT application solutions
Negotiate with partners to enhance product and solution portfolio and service quality
Coach overseas sales teams as well as formulate and implement market development strategies, prepare related solutions, policies and guidelines, etc.
Development of global IoT market business, such as preparing business models, business forecast, budget formulation, development roadmap, service improvement plan, documentation, workflow, etc.
Conduct market research, prepare analysis reports and recommendations.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or above
Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience; experience in IT & Telecommunications industry is highly preferred.
Knowledge in IoT or ICT application development and consulting.
Experience in related product development, consultant and project management area; supporting Chinese enterprises and MNCs is an advantage.
Experience in automotive or related industries is a plus
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated and able to work under pressure
Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
