Assistant Business Operations Manager, Mobile Business
Responsibilities:
Monitor international roaming business revenue, traffic and user behavior data, producing analytical reports to identify growth opportunities and risks
Develop, track and control business budgets to ensure effective resource allocation and achievement of financial targets
Manage and optimize sales and service channels for international roaming, enhancing channel efficiency, coverage and partner performance through policies and incentive mechanisms
Oversee international roaming customer service quality, handling complex complaints and escalations to improve the overall customer experience
Collaborate with customer service teams to optimize processes, knowledge bases and training programs for greater service efficiency
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications, Business Analytics, Marketing, Management or related fields preferred
Minimum 5 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, with familiarity in international roaming operations, carrier cooperation models and business processes
Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau) and strong data interpretation and report-writing skills
Proven channel management capabilities
Experience in partner management or business development is a plus
Excellent presentation skills, ability to report to management in Chinese and English
