Senior Sales Executive

About The Role:

  • Manage key customers on a day-to-day basis to resolve any business-related issue

  • Deliver and develop the company's sales and profit targets

  • Identify business opportunities in major retail chains and work closely with cross-functional teams (i.e. Marketing, Customer Service, Finance and Supply Chain) to realize those opportunities on project basis

  • Budget & demand-forecast management

  • Coordinate the material necessary on the future plans for the business and the risks foreseen

  • Conduct business planning and analysis of categories’ trends, competitors, and customer profiles 

About The Person:

  • A degree holder in any discipline, preferably on business/ marketing field 

  • 3-4 years of work experiences, preferably in FMCG/ retail key account management 

  • Strong project management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point

  • Result-oriented, able to work in a team and under stress, with a strong problem-solving mindset

Senior Sales Consultant (Export Business)

About the role...

  • Achieve sales and KPI targets with the respective Strategic Partner/ Partner customers

  • Prepare sales analysis to understand and monitor business situation

  • Conduct regular business reviews and visits to key customers to ensue sales delivery

  • Assist sales manager to improve the management of wholesale market and distribution network by developing sales plan together with Strategic Partners

  • Independently work with business partners to organize and execute activities: food demo, sales blitz, sales briefing and joint call

  • Provide supports to sales model implementation

  • Strengthen the listing and availability of products in the dedicated push customers and increase sales volume

  • Increase the reach and sales volume in Free Trade

  • Co-develop sales activities plan in Culinary together with the marketing team and ensure effective implementation of the plan

  • Manage inventory of the dedicated push customers to pre-empt out off stock and maintain effective supply chains from wholesalers to free trade

  • Collect market intelligence and report competitor information in time and take relevant action to protect company's business

  • Assist Sales manager to improve productivity of sales activity and also provide coaching to DSR

  • Assist sales manager to develop business partner and explore potential business partners to grow HORECA in long term

  • Assist sales manager to prepare sales report

About the person...

  • 5-10 years of experience as a sales representative, with experience in both restaurants and distributor management being a plus

  • Complete experience in sales pipeline, business plan execution, and customer management, with a strong foundation of sales knowledge and skills

  • Able to establish and develop strong customer relationships, work independently, and be willing to travel frequently (2-3 times a week)

  • Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus (including restaurant, hotel, cafe/bar, work experience/school courses, etc.)

  • Passionate about the food and beverage industry, result-oriented, and driven to achieve challenges and high performance
