Engineer, Building Services

Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute and manage building maintenance works, repair, renovation, fitting-out and A&A projects from inception to completion

  • Handle large scale of A&A works in design, installation, testing and commissioning of E&M system including design, preparation of tender document and contract administration

  • Supervise the contractors on site, check quality and progress of works to ensure quality improvement of standard workmanship and output

  • Carry feasibility studies on proposed works to cope with marketing strategies

  • Assist and work closely with building management office to provide technical supports

  • Handle any ad hoc tasks as directed by Manager, Projects & Building Services Department from time to time

Requirements:

  • Degree/Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Building Services Engineering or related disciplines

  • 5 years or above relevant experience in construction project, solid experience in Electrical & HVAC is preferably gained from consultant firms or E/M contracting company

  • Registered Electrical Worker License “A” or “B” Holder will be advantage

  • Good command in speaking and writing English and Chinese

  • Familiar with AutoCAD and good computer skill

  • Well versed with Local Regulations (I.E. EMSD/ FSD/ Minor Works System)

  • Experience in handling large scale A&A works in design, installation, T&C of E&M systems
