Project Manager (Mobile & Web) ( Ref: TVE861/0812 )

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple, concurrent mobile and web projects from conception to launch, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and aligned with business objectives

• Act as a Scrum Master/Agile Coach for the development teams. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives

• Translate product roadmaps and UI/UX specifications into clear, actionable, and prioritized user stories or technical tasks for the engineering team

• Serve as the central point of communication between Product, Engineering, UI/UX, AdTech, QA and Marketing teams to ensure alignment and resolve dependencies

• Proactively identify project risks, bottlenecks, and technical blockers. Develop mitigation strategies and escalate critical issues to stakeholders in a timely manner

• Coordinate with the QA team to ensure rigorous testing (UAT) before release. Manage app store submissions (Apple App Store, Google Play) and phased rollout strategies

• Collaborate with the Product team to implement and track behavioral analytics (e.g., GA4, Amplitude, Mixpanel) to measure the success of launched features and inform future iterations


Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Software Engineering or related discipline

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in project management, specifically focusing on mobile applications (iOS/Android) and web platforms

• Prior experience in OTT, video streaming, media, or e-commerce industries is highly preferred

• Strong practical knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Certifications such as PMP, CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), or PMI-ACP are advantageous

• Ability to understand complex technical architectures and engage in technical discussions with developers. Familiarity with AdTech integration, payment gateways, and content management systems (CMS) is a strong plus

• Proficiency in project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, Trello, Figma, and Slack
