Anchors Academy is seeking an energetic and highly capable Assistant Head of School to serve as our primary on-site leadership anchor. Working closely with our Head of School and Educational Consultant, you will be the driving force behind daily campus operations, parent-school communication, and active crisis management, while providing key operational support for curriculum implementation.

MAJOR DUTIES:
Manage daily school administration, campus logistics, timetable execution, and staff substitution systems for Years 1–9.
Serve as the first point of contact for on-site emergencies, resolve student behavior or campus incidents swiftly, and ensure a secure, structured environment.
Act as the face of on-site school leadership for families, managing parent inquiries, addressing feedback, and strengthening community relations.
Assist the Head of School in monitoring daily classroom delivery and tracking that school-based programs and language provisions are smoothly executed in line with school polices.
QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
Education: A recognized professional teaching qualification (PGDE/PGCE) is required. A Master’s degree in Educational Leadership, School Administration, or equivalent is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven, hands-on administrative or supervisory experience in a school setting. (Experience in either Primary and/or Secondary environments will be considered equally.)
Skills: Strong crisis-management abilities with a track record of making calm, structured decisions under high pressure.
Languages: Outstanding verbal and written English communication skills. Fluency in Cantonese and/or Putonghua is highly advantageous for face-to-face parent communication and localized incident response.
Working Style: Highly collaborative; comfortable maintaining independent command on-site while staying tightly aligned with executive leadership and consultant recommendations.
Teacher (Senior Primary and Junior Secondary Section)
The school is looking for dedicated and experienced teachers to join our Senior Primary and Junior Secondary Section for the coming Academic Year.

2. English & Humanities Teacher
Core Duties and Responsibilities

Prepares teaching materials and resources effectively

Qualifications required:
Relevant degree holder with qualified teaching status PGCE or PGDE
Registered teacher under the Education Bureau (EDB)
Near-native English speaker proficient in English (Bilingual proficiency is an advantage)
Minimum 2 years relevant teaching experience
Prior experience in a bilingual working environment is an advantage
For Mathematics Teacher: upper primary mathematics experience Hong Kong and / or understand Singapore curriculum is preferable
Teaching Assistant / Educational Assistant (Kindergarten)
The school is looking for dedicated and experienced candidate to join our Kindergarten cum Nursery:
Qualifications required:
ECE degree holder
Energetic and passionate
Teaching experience with children aged 2-6 years old
Experience in Bilingual Kindergarten preferred
