(HKG) Specialist, Air Export Customer Service

Responsibilities

• Being responsible for handling Air Export Customer booking acceptance, reports and client-system update efficiently and accurately;

• Keep close contact and coordinate with international clients and local/overseas colleagues via both emails and phone calls with a professional customer service manner;

• Perform any ad-hoc duties when required.

Requirements:

• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in customer service / sales supporting / operation in freight forwarding industry with proven record  problem-solving;

• Diploma holder or above will be definitely an advantage;

• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin);

• Responsible and self-motivated personalities with excellent communication skills;

• Competent in MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word-Processing;

• Candidates with more experiences willl be considered for senior position;

(HKG) Specialist, Air Export Operation

Responsibilities & Job Requirements:

• Being responsible for handling full set of export operation documents including data entry, booking follow-up, monitoring shipment arrangement and status, etc;

• F.5  / HKDSE or above, and Diploma holder will be an advantage;

• 1 year relevant experience of export operations in freight forwarding industry;

• Day and Night shift is required (09:00 - 18:00 / 19:00 - 04:00) with night shift allowance and OT payment (if any);

• Alternate Saturday duty, 5 / 5.5 days per week ;

• Good command in spoken English and Mandarin will be a plus;

• Fresh graduates are welcome;

• Immediate available is preferable;

• Working Location, Berth 3, ATL, Kwai Chung

(HKG) IT Specialist

Role & Responsibilities:

• Provide user support professionally and troubleshoot on both software and hardware issues;

• Coordinate with internal parties and vendors for specific projects;

• Being responsible for monitoring and troubleshooting Terminal Service;

• Take an important role in asset management;

• Liaise with Headquarters on implementation of systems, regulations, policies, etc.;

• Perform any ad-hoc duties when required.

Qualifications:

• Degree holder or above in Computer Science, Information Technology or other related disciplines;

• At least 2 years of solid working experience in IT field;

• Provide daily support for all hardware, software and network systems;

• Competent in Microsoft Office, Windows 11, 10 and MS Office 365 is a must;

• Solid experience in supporting Cargowise/Logistics Application;

• Experience in administrating Microsoft Windows Servers, Linux and Firewall preferred;

• Good communication, good analytical skills, self-motivated and independent;

• Strong team player and proactive collaborate with team members and Project teams;

• Good command of written and spoken in Mandarin and English.
