香港少年領袖團是一個青少年制服團體，宗旨是為青少年提供紀律、野外歴奇及領導才能訓練活動，以註冊非牟利機構的形式運作，並得到民政及青年事務局每年的撥款資助運作的開支。

本團現有下述空缺，歡迎合資格的人士申請。

Accounting and Administration Officer 會計及行政主任

Job Responsibilities

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including AP, AR, and general accounting duties

  • Maintain proper accounting records and filing systems, and contribute to month-end closing as well as consolidation of management accounts

  • Perform bank reconciliations and monitor accounting discrepancies

  • Follow up on payment records and outstanding items

  • Cross-check invoices and project P&Ls

  • Assist with administrative tasks when required

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma/Diploma in Accountancy with LCCI Intermediate or above

  • Minimum 3 years of accounting experience; prior experience in social service organizations is preferred but not essential

  • Company secretarial experience is an advantage

  • Hands-on, detail-minded, and responsible

  • Willingness to learn and support both accounting and administrative work

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office; familiarity with ABSS System is an advantage

  • Meticulous attention to detail is essential, along with a good command of Chinese and English.

  • Immediate availability is highly preferred

訓練主任

工作範圍：

1. 負責或協助策劃 各項訓練/與訓練相關 的工作

2. 為負責之項目提供行政及其他所需支援

申請人持有認可副學士學位或同等資歷，具備良好中、英文書寫及溝通能力並熟悉一般電腦軟件之應用，有參與青少年制服團體或歷奇訓練經驗及持有駕駛執照者優先。未符合上述學歷之申請人若具有相關的工作經驗亦會被考慮。

服務條件：五天半工作周，須於公眾假期及須於星期六日及公眾假期工作，另在有需要時輪班工作

員工福利：13天有薪年假、強積金及醫療保險

項目主任（訓練）

工作範圍：

1. 負責或協助策劃各項訓練/團總部行政工作

2. 為負責之項目提供行政及其他所需支援

申請人持有認可副學士學位或同等資歷，具備良好中、英文書寫及溝通能力並熟悉一般電腦軟件之應用，有參與青少年制服團體或歷奇訓練經驗及持有駕駛執照者優先。若項目主任（行政）申請者擁有會計經驗者優先。未符合上述學歷之申請人若具有相關的工作經驗亦會被考慮。
