Administration Officer, High Performance (Job Ref.: AO)

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the High-Performance Team

  • Coordinate all logistics for overseas tours, including visas, transportation (overseas and local), flights, and accommodations

  • Manage and coordinate insurance arrangements for all players and support staff

  • Oversee the ordering, storage, distribution, and stock management of clothing and equipment

  • Prepare quotations and facilitate the procurement process for all logistics-related needs

  • Maintain and update the High-Performance database regularly

  • Handle payments and invoicing related to High-Performance programs

  • Process claims from utility coaches and service providers

  • Provide administrative support for HKSI, LCSD, and HAB programs

  • Supervise teams during international tours, if required

  • Centrally involved in organization & management of High-Performance events

  • Coordinate with SF & OC for international tour arrangements

  • Communicate directly with parents and players and participate in program-related activities as needed

  • Player Nominations, Availability, and other details

  • Assist with ad hoc tasks and duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Strong disciplinary skills

  • Highly organised with strong administration and interpersonal skills

  • Competency in using MS Office and its application

  • Effective time management, evening and weekend work will be part of the role

  • Willing to travel

  • Cricket background is ideal but not a must

  • Fluency in verbal & written English & Chinese
