Assistant Marketing Manager

About the Role

Join our dynamic team and play a key role in the planning and execution of all-rounded marketing campaigns for large-scale exhibitions in Hong Kong. We are looking for a driven, innovative, and detail-oriented professional with hands-on experience managing multi-channel marketing initiatives.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the formulation and execution of effective marketing campaigns to achieve business objectives.

  • Manage and maintain various digital platforms, including company’s websites, social media channels, mobile apps, and e-marketing tools.

  • Collaborate on content creation for advertising, PR, and social media initiatives to maximize engagement and reach.

  • Contribute to idea generation and strategic planning sessions for new and innovative marketing campaigns.

  • Identify and pursue external partnership and sponsorship opportunities that enhance brand visibility and generate revenue.

  • Liaise with internal teams, external vendors, and media partners to ensure smooth execution of campaigns.

  • Monitor, evaluate, and report on marketing campaign and platform performance for continuous optimization.

  • Support senior management with special projects and ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 4 years’ relevant experience in marketing, preferably within events, exhibitions, or related sectors.

  • Practical knowledge and hands-on experience in digital marketing, social media, and multi-channel marketing.

  • Proficient with website CMS, analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics), and design tools is a plus.

  • Strong analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Detail-oriented, capable of working independently, managing multiple tasks under tight deadlines, and demonstrating a high level of responsibility.

  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Immediate availability is an advantage.

Project Assistant

About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Project Assistant to support our Sales Team. The ideal candidate is organized, team-oriented, and capable of managing various administrative and coordination tasks with efficiency and accuracy. Immediate availability is an advantage.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for sales team including data entry, filing, and document collection.

  • Maintain and accurately update exhibitor databases and records.

  • Coordinate and communicate with exhibitors via phone and email to support project-in-charge.

  • Assist in the execution of projects and tasks as assigned by supervisors.

  • Perform ad-hoc duties and support cross-functional activities as needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above.

  • Proficient in using computer software including MS Office and Chinese word processing.

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Detail-minded, self-motivated, hard-working and willing to work as a team.

  • Possess strong interpersonal skills, a customer-oriented and a professional telephone manner.

  • Immediate availability is an advantage.

Sales and Marketing Assistant
