[Hiring] Admin & Operation Officer

Location: San Po Kong / Kai Tak

Working Hours:

Mon-Fri: 10:00-19:00 or 14:00-23:00
Sat, Sun & Public Holidays: 10:00-20:00

Holidays: 6 rest days per month (scheduled on weekdays) + Statutory Holidays

Key Responsibilities

Manage daily front desk operations, including guest check-ins, attendance, and payment processing.
Deliver excellent customer service and answer inquiries via WhatsApp and phone.
Handle member registration, renewals, and database updates.
Process bookings, class enrollments, and scheduling adjustments (e.g., leave requests and make-up classes).
Assist with venue operations, general administrative duties, and reporting.
Support marketing campaigns and social media operations.

Requirements

Higher Diploma or above
Must be available to work on weekends and Public Holidays.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese; Mandarin is a plus.
Solid Chinese and English computer typing skills.
Detail-oriented, responsible, proactive, and eager to learn with a positive attitude.
1+ year of relevant experience in customer service or front desk operations is highly preferred.

Freelance Multimedia Designer

We are looking for a creative and tech-savvy Freelance Multimedia Designer to partner with our team! If you have solid design experience, know how to leverage AI tools, and are looking for a collaborative freelance opportunity with a flexible on-site schedule, this is perfect for you.

Project Details & Working Mode

Work Arrangement: Freelance
Location: On-site collaboration at San Po Kong to ensure seamless communication and quick design iterations.
Schedule: Approximately 3 full days per week. Specific working days are highly flexible and can be mutually agreed upon in advance to accommodate your other freelance commitments.
Equipment: Flexible setup – you are welcome to use your own laptop and design software, or utilize the company’s workstation and resources provided on-site.

Project Responsibilities

Visual Design: Conceptualize and design online and offline marketing materials (social media posts, digital banners, posters, eDMs).
Video Production: Handle video editing and post-production for social media content (e.g., IG Reels, short promotional videos).
AI-Assisted Creation: Utilize trending AI tools to generate visual assets, draft layout concepts, and optimize your independent workflow.
Brand Alignment: Ensure all deliverables align with the company's brand image and visual guidelines based on initial project briefs.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in Multimedia Design or a related field.
Professional Skills: Highly proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
Video Editing: Solid video editing skills, familiar with common editing software.
AI Proficiency: MUST know how to apply Generative AI tools to assist design.
Personal Attributes: Strong sense of aesthetics, detail-oriented, and capable of managing freelance projects independently.
