Senior Project Manager
Role & Responsibilities
The Innovation Project Manager oversees projects from innovation design to delivery, coordinating the various internal and external contributors. He/She will be responsible for the completion of all assigned product innovation projects within required time frames and budget, meanwhile implement continuous improvement for the product innovation processes.
Key responsibilities:
Project Management
Responsible for the end to end project management of all product innovation projects, including project scoping, planning, progress / gate management, stakeholder management, risk management, budget management & etc.
Scoping: Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Project Scheduling and Planning: Develop detailed project plans by outlining milestones, task dependencies, and deliverable deadlines. Develops plans / timetables for task completion using appropriate project management tools. Build scenario planning for senior management team decision making
Cost Estimation and Monitoring: Collaborate with cross functional teams to track and compare initial cost estimates with final product costs to ensure no significant deviations occur.
Stakeholder Management: Co-work with functional lead to manage & engage internal stakeholders(supply chain, R&D,PKG, MKT etc…) for project update , sync & execution
Risk Management: Conduct risk assessment and develop contingency plans as necessary.
Funnel Management for Gate Keeping:
Strategic leadership of innovation funnel for APAC - quantifying number of projects, incremental turnover, multi year tracking, premium index etc.
Using project and innovation analytics by collaborating with finance teams to consolidate metrics, reconcile discrepancies, and continuously validate assumptions.
Leverage these financial insights to design and enforce robust gatekeeping processes, ensuring projects are evaluated against strict financial thresholds and strategic benchmarks at every stage.
Implement systematic funnel management practices aimed at advancing only those projects that demonstrate sound financial viability and alignment with overall business objectives.
Process Improvement
Continuously look into opportunities to better deliver efficiency of the project management process in APAC. Establish pain points and areas to improve in the holistic innovation process.
Others
Collaborate with internal and external Innovation partners (Design, Insights, R&D, brands and agencies) to identify, assess and validate new innovation spaces for Oral Care.

Required Qualifications:
FMCG / technology / devices / electronics / connected health MNC company back ground is must have
Bachelor's degree and above, previous role was project manager, 3~5 years work experience in an innovation realization/Project manager role including leading breakthrough innovation & renovation projects is a mush have , relevant background Supply Chain or R&D or PKG engineering is a must have, Marketing/Business understanding is a plus
Demonstrated creative problem solving skills
Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple innovation projects. PMP owner is a plus
Demonstrated experience of driving new thinking or changing thinking of a team or organization
Fluent English speaking as the primary working language. Mandarin speaking is a plus.
Good understanding for cosmetic product compliance, registration & legal requirement
Senior Brand Design Manager
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership in Brand Design:
Responsible for managing the look and feel of our Regional Home Care and Personal Care brands, ensuring Global brand consistency is maintained on Global Home Care & Personal Care brands across the Asia Pacific Region
Drive the strategic development and implementation of the overall design vision for select brands.
Collaborate with marketing teams and design partners to ensure the execution of design principles that align with the broader brand strategy.
Assist in maintaining global brand consistency by contributing to and adhering to brand governance frameworks.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional Teams:
Partner with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Packaging, Engineering, and Insights, to align design strategies with overall business goals.
Work closely with Global Head of Division Design, H/PC, providing input and support to ensure design initiatives reflect the global brand vision and marketing strategy
Project and Resource Management:
Lead the planning and execution of design projects managing tasks within defined schedules and budgets.
Support the creation of Design Briefs and Project Plans, ensuring high standards in packaging and other brand experience projects.
Drive packaging excellence end-to-end with internal and external partners including a firm grasp of executional skills in print and packaging execution.
Collaborate with external creative partners, such as agencies, photographers, and illustrators, to maintain quality and consistency in design work.
Communication and Influence:
Effectively communicate and execute design vision and strategy to internal stakeholders to ensure alignment with business objectives.
Develop and deliver presentations that convey creative strategies and influence design decisions throughout the organization
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Design or a related field required.
10+ years of professional experience in brand design.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, GSuite, and other relevant design software/tools,
Portfolio of work showcasing design CPG expertise and design strategy.
Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful design strategies.
Familiarity with printing processes
Strong understanding of the design process from concept to execution.
Laser sharp project management skills.
Digital design experience is very welcome
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in working both autonomously and within a team.
Experience with cross-functional collaboration.
Meticulous attention to detail, excellent typography & color management skills.

Design Head, APAC
Reporting:
This role reports to the Head of EOC Design, (located at the Colgate HQ in NYC)
And will work closely with the EVP of Marketing, APAC and Consumer Innovation Leads in APAC.
Primary Responsibilities:
Lead the APAC design team in delivering excellence in strategic brand-design experiences, with a heavy concentration in packaging design systems, execution and sustained activation for Global and Divisional brands in OC & HC/PC.
Collaborate closely with the global brand design team to ensure that the division's design strategy aligns with the overall brand strategy and guidelines, while also adapting to local market needs.
Mentor and grow your design team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
Drive design excellence standards with internal and external agency partners (starting with packaging and expanding to brand experience and activation).

Education/Experience:
Bachelor Degree in Design (or similar, related qualification).
15+ years professional experience in design- primarily within a Consumer Product Goods sector on Global brands, brand or related creative industry, packaging design experience a must, digital design experience a plus.
Seasoned leader with experience in people management, building high-performing teams
Working knowledge of necessary software applications and platforms
Prior experience and knowledge of APAC consumer/markets/retail channels is essential.
Competencies:
Deep understanding of global brand design systems (brand equity, architecture, visual assets, guardianship).
Able to effectively and calmly navigate organizational dynamics, remove barriers to enable success,
while building relationships that position design as a strategic partner.Effective ability to lead and orchestrate multiple assignments at one time.
Strong communication and influence skills across differing cultural backgrounds within APAC Division.
Must be fluent in English.
