Event Executive

Job Responsibilities: 

  • To executive all hotel events with a seamless turnover from Sales person to service person back to Sales person

  • To ensure that all hotel events are executed with consistent and high level services throughout event transactions

  • Take total responsibility for the successful production of group events assigned through coordination with Sales, hotel departments and customers

  • Prepare all event documentations and coordinate the event with all appropriate hotel departments

  • Recognize upselling opportunities and enhancement areas for a better event

Requirements:

  • 2 years relevant working experience in a hotel environment

  • Knowledge of menu planning and food presentation as well as group and catering cost forecasting

  • Ability to manage and handle conflicts of priority among different parties and striving for win-win solutions

  • Effective communication and presentation skills

  • Sound time management and multi-tasking skills

  • Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing

Bar Supervisor

Job Responsibilities:

  • Mainly responsible for the Bar & Lounge operations

  • Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting or exceeding financial goals

  • Demonstrates knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations

  • Adhere to all Local Standard Operations Procedures

  • In-charge of restaurant operations during the absence of the Assistant Bar & Lounge Manager

Job Requirements:

  • 4 years working experience in F&B area

  • Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Exceptional beverage & wine knowledge

  • Strong people management and leadership skills

  • Excellent communications and customer service skills
