Manager – Key Account

Responsibilities:

  • Work with retail chains and principals to plan and implement sales & marketing strategies to achieve business goals including the sales, gross margin and volume

  • Prepare sales forecast & propose action plans to meet sales target

  • Evaluate the promotion effectiveness and make recommendations

  • Monitor sales activities, promotional campaigns and merchandise displays in chain stores

  • Develop and maintain good relationships with Key Accounts

  • Prepare and present the proposals to our business partners

  • Demand forecast

  • Revenue management to improve trade expenditure efficiency

  • Work closely with Principals

Requirements:

  • A degree holder with minimum of 8 year Sales or Key Account management, preferred in FMCG industry

  • Solid experience in managing multiple accounts, projects and priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

  • Experience in leading Key Accounts team

  • Strong negotiation & presentation skills

  • Self-motivate & good interpersonal skills

  • Experience in dealing with senior management and tendering process

  • Good track records in account management and pitching new accounts

  • Good understanding of trade dynamics and category performance

  • Good command of both spoken & written English and Chinese

  • Proficient in Excel (include Pivot table) & PowerPoint

Officer - Human Resources

Responsibilities:

  • Perform full spectrum of HR duties with focus on C&B functions

  • Support monthly payroll preparation including commission and incentive calculation, MPF and tax return etc.

  • Support staff termination HR formalities including final payment, exit interview etc.

  • Maintain and update employee records in HR system

  • Handle staff benefits administration

  • Assist in compiling HR related reports in quality and timely manner

  • Perform any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related disciplines

  • At least 3 years relevant experience in sizable company, including payroll handling

  • Familiar with Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related HR regulations

  • Demonstrate sound numerical sense, detail-minded and well organized

  • Good interpersonal skills, attention to details and a good team player

  • Familiar with HRIS, proficient in MS excel and Chinese Word Processing

  • Good command in both English and Chinese, including Mandarin

Senior Officer - E-commerce

Responsibilities:

  • Managing daily E-commerce operations and related matters

  • Provide exceptional daily customer services, ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and prompt issue resolution

  • Manage Shopify e-store and other E-commerce platform operations including but not limited to enquiry answering, inventory management, and order fulfillment monitoring

  • Prepare reports and presentation in a timely manner

  • Develop and execute marketing & sales plans to increase brand exposure

  • Create, plan and execute social media/ E-commerce campaign projects

  • Learn & execute all aspects of E-commerce activity and digital media campaign executions across different channels

  • Support content development, creative writing and graphic design across different social media channels including Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, eDM and blog etc

  • Assist in managing day-to-day daily operations, administrative tasks, and additional ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma in Business Management or related disciplines with 2 years’ of relevant experience, exposure in coffee / beverage industry is preferable

  • Strong communication, good organizational and time management skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft applications, especially with advanced Excel skills

  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Knowledge in SAP Business One is an added value

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Officer - E-commerce

Manager - Trade Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Lead, develop and execute trade marketing plans to achieve sales targets and increase market shares

  • Identify business opportunities and missing gaps

  • Support sales teams in promotion planning and execution

  • Consolidate monthly demand forecast with inventory team

  • Monitor trade marketing spending

  • Analyze and evaluate promotion effectiveness by sales performance and ROIs

  • Liaise with vendors for POP, POSM, display fixtures or any marketing materials for BTL activities

  • Work closely with Principals

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing or any relevant disciplines

  • 3-5 years of experience in managing a team of trade marketing within the FMCG sector, preferably in the F&B sector but not a must

  • Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Business acumen with strong analytical skills, able to deliver insights to improve business performance

  • Good understanding of trade dynamics and category performance

Manager – Sales & Marketing

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies and initiatives to achieve company objectives

  • Conduct sales performance reviews and sales forecasts to track implementation, customer and business metrics

  • Identify new business opportunities and gain new or expanded business 

  • Build and maintain excellent relationship with potential and existing customers

  • Provide updated product training and create innovative promotional materials for the sales team

  • Liaise and collaborate with various internal and external parties, marketing team, medical teams and local networks to execute sales plan / marketing activities with overall business objectives

  • Drive market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends and competitive landscape

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Science or Business with at least 2-3 years working experience in pharmaceutical or medical marketing; with solid supervisory role is a plus 

  • Strong network in psychiatry, endocrine or ophthalmology is an advantage

  • Solid marketing experience and knowledge on professional products (at least 6 years of marketing experience)

  • Solid experience in handling marketing collaterals, events and detailing aids / brochures / patient leaflets / CME events

  • Good analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese, including Mandarin

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Assistant Manager
