Accounting Clerk

Salary: HKD14,000 - 18,000 per month

Job Description：

• Handle full set of accounting documents

• Prepare voucher and arrange payment

• Administrative work for purchasing, filing and documentation

• Assist in ad-hoc jobs from Manager

Job requirements :

• 1 year relevant experience would be an advantage

• Responsible, independent and willing to learn

• Multi tasking

• Fresh graduates are also welcome

Schedule:  Day shift

Supplemental Pay:

• 13th month salary

• Overtime pay

Customer Service Manager

What you’ll be doing?

• Supervising the daily operations of the customer service department and art handlers.

• Job allocation of subordinates and art handlers

• Interacting with customers and handling customer queries and complaints in a timely manner.

• Having face to face & online meeting with clients to solve problems accordingly

• Maintaining good relationships with customers and overseas partners

• Support ad-hoc project.

• Staying current on the latest industry trends and technique

Who are we looking for?

• Non - Degree tertiary or equivalent, degree holder is preferred.

• Minimum 3-years working experience in art logistics field.

• Strong communication skills, proactive, detail oriented and able to work under pressure.

• Excellent command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

Air Freight Operation Clerk

Job duties:

• Handle full set air operation documents, booking, labeling, trucking and warehousing

• Liaise with customers, co-loaders and overseas agents

Requirements:

• Responsible, independent

• 0- 1 year relevant experience

• Good writing and speaking in Cantonese, English and Mandarin

• Immediate available

Warehouse Assistant

Job Descriptions:

• Handling warehouse gate in and out process

• Measurement of size and weight of goods

• Packing of general cargo, labelling and repacking

• Packing and unpacking of goods with carton box or wooden crates

• Stocktake

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skill

• 1-2 years relevant experience

• Self discipline and responsible

• Equipped with forklift operator licence would be advantage

Art Handlers

Job descriptions:

• Handling artworks installation and packing

• Packing and crating of paintings and sculptures

• Warehouse duties for artworks

• Outdoor jobs needed

• Travelling may be required

Job requirements:

• Relevant experience would be an advantage

• Good communication skills, fluent in spoken English and Mandarin

• Willing to learn

• Responsible, able to work under pressure

• Willing to work overtime and travelling
