Customer Service Representative (Customer Call Centre)
Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok
Working Hours: 5 days per week with 42.5 work hours, during 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Monday to Sunday including public holidays.
Responsibilities:
Work in Customer Service call centre, manage incoming calls from customer hotline and provide quality service to both local and overseas customers
Handle order booking and shipment tracing
Handle customer enquiries through emails, live chats and other customer channels to provide best-in-class service
Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards
Your Profile:
HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above
Customer service experience is an advantage, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply
Customer-oriented with good communication and telephone skills
Able to work on shifts
Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage
Customer Service Representative (Tracing Team)
Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok
Working Hours: 5 days per week with 42.5 work hours, during 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Monday to Saturday including public holidays.
Responsibilities:
Work in Customer Service call centre, manage calls from tracing hotline and provide quality service to both local and overseas customers
Handle shipment tracing, work with other departments and corporate international network and update customers
Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions
Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards
