Customer Service Representative (Customer Call Centre)

Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Working Hours: 5 days per week with 42.5 work hours, during 7:30 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Monday to Sunday including public holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in Customer Service call centre, manage incoming calls from customer hotline and provide quality service to both local and overseas customers

  • Handle order booking and shipment tracing

  • Handle customer enquiries through emails, live chats and other customer channels to provide best-in-class service

  • Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards

Your Profile:

  • HKCEE/ HKDSE graduate or above

  • Customer service experience is an advantage, fresh graduates are also welcome to apply

  • Customer-oriented with good communication and telephone skills

  • Able to work on shifts

  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Mandarin is an advantage

Customer Service Representative (Tracing Team)

Working Location: Ngau Tau Kok

Working Hours: 5 days per week with 42.5 work hours, during 8:00 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. on Monday to Saturday including public holidays.

Responsibilities:

  • Work in Customer Service call centre, manage calls from tracing hotline and provide quality service to both local and overseas customers

  • Handle shipment tracing, work with other departments and corporate international network and update customers

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions

  • Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards

Your Profile:

  • Work in Customer Service call centre, manage calls from tracing hotline and provide quality service to both local and overseas customers

  • Handle shipment tracing, work with other departments, as well as communicate with colleagues in overseas countries and update customers

  • Handle customer enquiries and complaints and provide solutions

  • Work with team members to achieve overall CS performance standards
