Assistant Property Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolio

  • Prepare property budget, monthly reports, and meeting minutes

  • Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy management matters

  • Monitor the performance of contractors

  • Handle enquiries and complaints

  • Attend meetings with clients and IOs, including after office hours if necessary

Requirements:

  • Degree in property management, facilities management or a related discipline

  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience in property management

  • Relevant professional qualifications MCIH / MHKIH / Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1) an advantage

  • Holder of Estate Agent’s licence preferred

  • Mature, self-motivated and responsible

  • Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Real Estate Executive, Hong Kong Office Strategy & Solutions

This role is for passionate individuals who want to make a real impact in Hong Kong's commercial markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Prospect new clients through cold calling, personal networking and structured canvassing

  • Assist in formulating and executing strategic real estate plan for clients

  • Analyse and evaluate options for clients

  • Work with the team to develop and execute client strategy and platform strategy

  • Manage commercial property leasing transactions

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated or above

  • Preferably holder of Estate Agent’s Licence

  • Work experience in the commercial property market is an advantage

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Good written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

  • Good communication and strong interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented

Job Summary

  • Identify, transact and expand new residential business

  • Manage and maintain customer relationships and deliver first-class residential agency service to clients

  • Meet personal financial targets and contributing to the expansion and profitability of the Knight Frank business

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for selling and/or leasing luxury residential properties

  • Create, develop and expand residential sales and/or leasing opportunities through personal networking

  • Conduct meetings and presentations with clients 

  • Build and maintain good relationships with clients, developers and purchasers

  • Complete all transactions efficiently and professionally  

  • Update and maintain client and vendor database

  • Prepare marketing materials

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 6 years' sales experience in residential property 

  • Holder of Estate Agent’s licence is a must

  • Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin and/or other languages are advantageous

  • Excellent negotiating and influencing skills with strong interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated, confident and aggressive

  • Able to work under pressure and multi-task
