Assistant Property Manager
Responsibilities:
Supervise the day-to-day property management of a mixed portfolio
Prepare property budget, monthly reports, and meeting minutes
Liaise with landlords and tenants on tenancy management matters
Monitor the performance of contractors
Handle enquiries and complaints
Attend meetings with clients and IOs, including after office hours if necessary
Requirements:
Degree in property management, facilities management or a related discipline
At least 5 years’ relevant experience in property management
Relevant professional qualifications MCIH / MHKIH / Property Management Practitioner Licence (Tier 1) an advantage
Holder of Estate Agent’s licence preferred
Mature, self-motivated and responsible
Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
Good command of both written and spoken English and Cantonese, Mandarin an advantage
Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing

Job Summary
Identify, transact and expand new residential business
Manage and maintain customer relationships and deliver first-class residential agency service to clients
Meet personal financial targets and contributing to the expansion and profitability of the Knight Frank business
Responsibilities:
Responsible for selling and/or leasing luxury residential properties
Create, develop and expand residential sales and/or leasing opportunities through personal networking
Conduct meetings and presentations with clients
Build and maintain good relationships with clients, developers and purchasers
Complete all transactions efficiently and professionally
Update and maintain client and vendor database
Prepare marketing materials
Requirements:
Degree holder with at least 6 years' sales experience in residential property
Holder of Estate Agent’s licence is a must
Excellent written and spoken English and Cantonese; Mandarin and/or other languages are advantageous
Excellent negotiating and influencing skills with strong interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, confident and aggressive
Able to work under pressure and multi-task
