The Child Development Centre (CDC) is a team of dedicated professionals providing education, therapy and assessment plus family and community support for children aged between birth to Primary School age with additional needs (SEN). Admissions & Administration Officer (Ref: AAO)

Deadline: 31 October 2025

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Handling programmes admission, billing and exit process

  • Scheduling and tracking of appointments

  • Assisting parenting workshops and courses administration

  • Handling parents’ enquiries both by telephone and in person

  • Office reception duties

  • Project support on an ad hoc basis

The successful candidate will have:

  • Experience in administration is a must

  • Excellent communication skills

  • People oriented, exceptional organizational skills and attention to details

  • Stable and mature nature, a strong sense of responsibility

  • Excellent command of both written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Proficiency in MS office, including Excel & Word
