Chief Project Officer

Responsibilities:

  • To develop training program to potential funding bodies or customers of local as well as non-local markets;

  • To oversee quality assurance mechanism for learning programmes and handle related QA administration;

  • To lead QF course accreditation and prepare relevant information and documents;

  • To organize, design, conduct and evaluate learning programmes, seminars and workshops;

  • To take up the roles of industrial related course coordinator, subject officer and class master.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Education/Nursing/ Management/Social Science;

  • 7 year working experience with at least 3-year experience in training programme design/course development/ QA/course organization;

  • Energetic, self-motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills;

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese (Putonghua and Cantonese);

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

  • Knowledge in QF course accreditation is an advantage;

  • Major Working Location: Wong Tai Sin.

Project Officer (Smart Living)

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in job search and job matching of domestic helpers and others;

  • Implement in event/workshop logistics arrangement and provide onsite support;

  • Source and liaise with vendors and coordinate with internal and external parties to ensure quality implementation; and 

  • Responsible for project and workshop promotion.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in related disciplines;

  • 1-year relevant working experience;

  • Energetic, progressive and able to work under pressure and tight deadlines;

  • Self-motivated team player with good communication and interpersonal skills; 

  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Chinese;

  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
