機場貴賓室接待員

主要職責

  • 以專業及有禮的態度歡迎及協助賓客

  • 支援餐飲服務並回應賓客需求

  • 維持自助餐區及服務區的整潔，確保食品及用品供應充足

  • 清理、整理及重新佈置用餐區及座位區

  • 支援貴賓室日常營運，並遵守食品安全及服務標準

職位要求

  • 最少一年酒店業、餐飲服務、航空公司貴賓室、酒店或客戶服務相關工作經驗

  • 具備良好的英語口語溝通能力

  • 具備良好的人際關係及溝通技巧

  • 以客為本，擁有專業的服務態度

  • 能夠在節奏快速的團隊環境中有效工作

  • 願意輪班工作，包括週末及公眾假期

機場貴賓室房務員

主要職責

  • 保持貴賓室座位區、洗手間、淋浴室及公共區域的整潔和良好狀態

  • 按需要補充賓客用品及清潔物資

  • 進行日常清潔及消毒工作，確保符合衛生標準

  • 巡查貴賓室設施，並及時處理各項清潔及整理需要

  • 遵守所有健康、安全、衛生及機場保安程序

職位要求

  • 具備房務、清潔服務、酒店業或設施管理相關工作經驗者優先考慮

  • 具備良好的英語口語溝通能力

  • 了解清潔程序及衛生標準

  • 具備良好的溝通技巧及團隊合作精神

  • 能夠獨立工作及同時處理多項工作

  • 願意輪班工作，包括週末、公眾假期及通宵班

機場貴賓室清潔員

主要職責

  • 清潔及消毒廚房設備、器具、廚具及工作區域

  • 維持儲物室、垃圾處理區及後勤設施的整潔

  • 按照安全程序操作洗碗及清潔設備

  • 協助廢棄物管理及定期深層清潔工作

  • 遵守食品安全、職業安全及機場保安相關規定

職位要求

  • 具清潔、管事部、酒店、餐飲或廚房支援相關工作經驗者優先考慮

  • 注重細節，並具備良好的衛生意識

  • 能夠在節奏快速的工作環境中高效工作

  • 願意輪班、於週末及公眾假期工作

Lounge Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily lounge operations and ensure smooth service delivery during assigned shifts.

  • Lead and motivate frontline teams to maintain high standards of customer service and operational excellence.

  • Handle guest enquiries, complaints, and service recovery professionally.

  • Monitor lounge presentation, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

  • Supervise food and beverage operations, ensuring quality, availability, and compliance with hygiene standards.

  • Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to support daily operations and manage unexpected disruptions.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, security, and operational procedures.

  • Prepare operational reports and support continuous service improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • Diploma or above in Hospitality, Tourism, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

  • At least 5 years of experience in hospitality, airline, airport lounge, hotel, or premium service operations, with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Customer-focused with the ability to handle operational challenges in a fast-paced environment.

  • Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and service quality standards.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Good command of English and Chinese (Cantonese); Putonghua is an advantage.
