Process Engineer (FM)

Job Description & Responsibilities: 

  • Supervise daily operations of services provider of facility management and plant maintenance;

  • Resolve system, process and equipment problems to improve and sustain present manufacturing production to increase productivity;

  • Investigate current processes and develop better methods for quality and cost effectiveness;

  • Manufacturing support, provide troubleshooting for operational issues;

  • Liaise with terminal users to solve operations problem in engineering approach and prepare specification and drawings of tenders for A&A works and fitting-out works.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in related E&M, BS engineering discipline;

  • Minimum 3 years of related experience in engineering;

  • Demonstrated communication and execution skills;

  • Good experience in facilities management and well knowledge in safety management is a plus. 

Technical Engineer / Senior Technical Engineer

Job Description & Responsibilities: 

  • Provide technical consultancy to customers, create value by improving customer's production process;

  • Provide technical support to internal department;

  • Visit customer plant, perform on-site inspection, carry out technical work and monitor the outcome;

  • Prepare technical reports, seminars and workshops materials;

  • Prepare APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, and MSA for automotive products;

  • To perform other ad hoc projects duties as required.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree / Associate Degree / Higher Diploma in Science or Engineering disciplines;

  • Fluent in Mandarin and good communication skills;

  • With technical knowledge of die-casting and electroplating is advantage;

  • Practical experiences in 3D drawing software is advantage;

  • Candidates with higher qualification and work experience will be considered for Senior Technical Engineer;

Production Technician

Job Description & Responsibilities: 

  • To handle carry out and retain alloy daily production;

  • To maintenance in production line;

  • To keep machine & equipment upgrade and modification

  • To provide support in production line for work more effectiveness.

Job Requirements:

  • IVE / VTC or above in E & M Engineering course; relevant qualification is an advantage;

  • 3-5 years of solid experience in machine repair and maintenance of automation equipment and facilities;

  • Automation, PLC, 14.0 enablement;

  • Shift duty is required.

Assistant Marketing Manager

Job duties:

  • Responsible for integrated marketing programs to achieve business goals, utilize brand, digital and social media marketing;

  • Understanding UX / UI, and o2o concept for seamless user experience;

  • Manage marketing program to raise brand awareness & product and service exposure;

  • Manage online marketing platforms including website, eCommerce, online ad and social media to ensure content is trendy;

  • Create and develop engaging content for website & other marketing materials, e.g. award submission Monitor, research and identify marketing best practices and trends;

  • Able to utilize marketing technique, such as segmentation, demographic targeting, etc. for performance improvement; 

  • Participate and assist in all marketing activities and events.

Job Requirements:

  • Degree in Marketing, PR and communications or related displines;

  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience; less experience will considered for Assistant Marketing Manager; 

  • Solid experience in marketing, digital marketing and familiar with social media marketing;

  • Proficient in MS office and Chinese word processing;

  • Can-do attitude, creative mind set, good communications skills, multi-tasking, independent and self-motivated team player;

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Assistant Sales Manager

Job duties:

  • Assist the Sales Manager to lead and drive the Sales Team to achieve sales targets and business objectives;

  • Maintains and expands customer database. Identify potential new customers and maintain good sales and sustainable relationship with existing customers;

  • Maintain continuous business growth and team expansion;

  • Consolidating and prepare sales reports, sales forecasts, budgets and analysis reports;

  • Supervising a team of subordinates for daily operation;

  • Able to work independently and ask for help when needed.

Requirements:

  • Diploma holder or above in business management or other related disciplines;

  • Minimum 3 years sales experience in manufacturing, preferably in commodity industry;

  • Experience in Mainland China Industry or sales management and team leading;

  • Strong leadership skill and excellent in interpersonal, analytical and organizing skills;

  • A strong sense of self-motivation, aggressiveness and responsibility;

  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (mandarin speaking preferred);

  • Good computer literacy, including MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word;

  • Willing to work under pressure and able to meet tight deadline;

  • Business travel to Mainland China is required.
