Host / Hostess (5-day work Week)
Job Overview
Responsible for taking F&B reservation for the guests and table assignment.
Serve food and beverage to guest in a friendly manner according to the established performance standards.
Responsibilities
Behave in a sober and orderly manner and to co-operate with fellow employees and colleagues to provide efficient work within the hotel.
Take F&B reservation for the guests, confirm booking and keep the record clear and well-organized.
Greet the guests, escort them to the tables assigned.
Take care of all flower decoration in dinning room and entrance area.
Check cleanliness at the entrance area including door and window.
Update the information of reservation status.
Involved in the preparation of new menu, flyer arrangement and promotion poster. Update the guest history and preferences.
Seek the potential guests for returned business.
Responsible for the special events and ticket selling.
Ordering of stationery.
Familiar with the restaurant information and ensure correct information is provided to the guests.
Any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superior.
Handle all reservations for the restaurant assigned.
Behavior and personal appearance will always be geared to the objective of being an example to the other team members within the hotel as well as a faultless representative of the hotel. Strive to use a polite language and well-groomed behavior in relation with the hotel guest, colleagues and team member.
Besides attending the weekly restaurant team member meeting, she will also attend a monthly information meeting conducted by F&B management. She will be given up-to-date information on activities within the hotel.
May be needed at other restaurants during heavy workloads.
Responsible for the overall functioning of banquets of events.
Achieve sales target through increasing and developing sales.
Coordinating with vendors and operation team to meet customer requirements.
Responsible for Customer database and relationship management.

Requirements
F.5 or above.
3-5 year’s experience in hotel restaurant operations.
Formal training in hospitality institution.
Good command of English and Chinese.
Risk and Safety Officer (5-day work Week)
Job Overview
Periodically patrol the Hotel premises and grounds in order to maintain the stability and reputation by complying with legal requirements.
Responsibilities
Ensure patrol records are filed and submitted.
Control traffic by directing drivers and passengers.
Keep an accurate and faithful record of all irregularities and other matters requiring attention in the Occurrence Book every day.
Ensure all visitors and contractors/workers including delivery workers’ HKID/Company ID and/or license plate number are checked and registered for further action if necessary.
Make sure the goods delivered away from the Hotel obtain Gate Pass before leaving the premises.
Ensure all fire exits, stairwells, corridors and entrances are free from obstacles.
Follow procedures for various initiatives, including fire prevention, property patrol including all patrolling routes/access points and traffic control.
Ensure that bamboo scaffoldings, loose fittings on external walls are in good conditions during patrol surveillance.
Prevent loss and damage by reporting irregularities such as fire, suspicious package/object, graffiti, violators of policy and procedures, restraining trespassers to superiors and/or the Hotel Management, if any.
Ensure that all casual workers are registered and checked in and out in a satisfactory manner everyday through CLMS system.
Conduct surveillance duty by monitoring the CCTV system at the Security Control Room and report any suspicious activities to the superiors and/or the Hotel Management, if any.
Take up the arrangement assigned by the Hotel Management.
Perform any other relevant projects and duties as assigned by superiors.

Requirements
1 – 2 years of security experience in hotel and/or commercial and residential property.
Form 5 graduate or equivalent preferred.
With Security License.
Proficiency in spoken English, Putonghua and Cantonese preferred.
Good communication and presentation skills.
Good interpersonal skills and ability to provide customer service.
Mature, be able to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
Accounts Supervisor
Job Overview
Maintaining the accounts in a proper manner, prepare forecasts, financial analysis and reports. Conduct and supervise monthly closing of the books and ensure the smooth and efficient running of the department on a daily basis.
Responsibilities
Matches invoice received with delivery notes and/or quotation for food & beverage items.
Monitors daily purchase order of food & beverage items.
Checks the detail on the invoice corresponds with that on the delivery notes and/or purchase orders.
Releases batch which interface from inventory system and make sure all transactions are properly allocated according to the chart of accounts.
Prepares food & beverage purchase report including forecast report, group purchasing report and duty meal & entertainment report, etc.
Prepares Profit & Loss report for banquet function.
Promptly resolves all disputes with Procurement and Vendors for food & beverage item.
At month end, balances voucher register and disbursement journal and prepares corresponding journal vouchers for posting to the General Ledger.
Balances inventory accounts with Stores Supervisor/Receiving Clerk.
Physical counts of inventory item in various location of hotel monthly.
Maintains files in good order so as to facilitate subsequent review.
Assists the maintenance of a good record of operating equipment, etc.
Attends physical count of operating equipment (including linen) and follow up with stock report with concerned department.
Verifies disposal items of fixed assets.
Oversees casual labor wages:
Prepares all casual labor wages & MPF Contribution
Follows all unclaimed wages
Performs necessary audit work for casual labor (including verify casual labor’s record in system and check-in & out record, etc)
Ascertains that all supporting documents are submitted and attached

Individual should have Secondary school graduate with LCCI Level III.
Experience of bookkeeping & Hotel experience are preferable.
Proficiency in MS office application.
