Community Ambassador (The Mills Fabrica)

About The Role:

  • Assist in administrative operations, data entry and filing

  • Coordinate conference room reservations and set up. Ensure the office area is organized and presentable

  • Distribute mails and arrange courier for office, manage office supplies and inventory

  • Answer and screen incoming calls professionally to provide information about memberships and events etc.

  • Greeting visitors/clients in a professional manner

  • Arrange maintenance works for office equipment and assist in ordering office supplies

  • To assist with the events set up logistics, and manage client’s expectations

  • Act as a concierge to our members

  • Conduct center tour

  • Build and create a collaborative community through events and relationships between members

  • Solve member-related issues to help foster a collaborative community

  • Assist in ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements of Role:

  • Diploma or above in related disciplines

  • With relevant work experience in performing administration duties is an advantage

  • Details-minded, good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

  • Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin

  • Fresh graduate will also be considered

Administrative Assistant (Company Secretarial)

Responsibilities:

  • Carry out company secretarial duties, e.g. preparation of annual return

  • Support the team in clerical and administrative duties, e.g. data entry, filing and preparation of payment vouchers etc.

  • Custodian of documents, including the acceptance of documents for safe custody, the provision of information and the release of documents

  • Assist in data entry, maintain and update database to ensure accuracy of custodian documents and reports

Requirements:

  • Form 5, HKDSE or above

  • Minimum 2 years’ clerical experience

  • Good command of PC software including Microsoft word, excel and Chinese word processing

  • Fluent in English and Cantonese

  • Team spirit, self-motivated, responsible, reliable, hardworking, careful and work under pressure

辦公室助理 (Office Assistant)

職責:

  • 處理送文件等外勤工作

  • 處理銀行入賬及其他銀行相關事務

  • 處理文件郵寄並維持郵資記錄

  • 處理內部文件發送

  • 協助一般辦公室日常雜務工作,例如會議室佈置、工作座位搬遷、複印紙及蒸餾水補充等

  • 協助完成其他被指派的工作

要求:

  • 中五或中學文憑程度

  • 1-2年相關辦公室工作經驗

  • 注重細節,主動,能夠獨立工作

  • 熟練使用MS Word、Excel和PowerPoint者優先

  • 良好中英文能力
