Responsibilities:
To develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns that enhance our visibility and reputation in the related industry.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to lead the creation of through-the-line marketing campaigns and advertising materials for distribution through different paid, earned and owned channels to maximize project awareness
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to ensure seamless execution of marketing initiatives and leverage partnership opportunities to drive publicity.
Manage the overall publicity plan from pre-event to post event. Analyse the campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations for optimising towards the planned targets.
Requirements:
A university degree with a minimum 6 years of relevant experience
Experience in event marketing, advertising or public relations
Good written and spoken English and Chinese
Excellent project management, communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, independent, responsible and detail-minded; able to work under pressure
Willing to work overtime on an occasional basis

Responsibilities:
The appointee will assist in planning, managing and driving marketing and promotional programs in Hong Kong and overseas countries and coordinating with both internal and external parties. Duties include :
Oversee and execute promotional activities for different projects
Recruit quality Hong Kong and overseas visitors, speakers, sponsors, and exhibitors
Liaise and coordinate with HKTDC mainland and overseas Branch Offices, external parties such as industry institutions, associations and media, etc.
Understand the business matching requirement of all recruited participants and line up business matching appointments
Handle and supervise the logistical issues such as delegates travel, venue setup and information preparation, etc.
Provide on-site support and other administrative support as and when necessary
Requirements:
A recognised university degree with at least 5 years’ working experience, preferably with sizable organisations, in any of the following areas: sales and marketing; exhibition/event organisation or public/corporate relations etc.
Strong inclination and understanding of Hong Kong economy, trade and business arena covering various industries, and markets and business opportunities for Hong Kong
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua; knowledge of a third language an advantage
Mature with superior skills in sales, marketing and communication
A strong team player with excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and outgoing with good project planning ability

Assistant Operations Manager, Exhibition Services

Responsibilities:
Assist Section Head, Operation, in supervising the operation team and managing job assignments to operation supervisors/assistants
Prepare cost estimates on exhibition services jobs for internal users
Work out the quantity of stand materials required for internal jobs
Follow up with contractors on the stand materials requests and monitor the production progress
Coordinate with Project Manager/Designers on operational details and workshop production
Arrange transportation and other fair and event construction and logistics support
Monitor on-site set-up and dismantling of organiser works and booths and evaluate contractors’ performance
Ensure a quality conscious culture across the operation section
Requirements:
A minimum of 8 years’ relevant experience with tertiary education, degree holders with less experience will also be considered

Product Manager, Platform Development

Responsibilities:
Manage product roadmap for HKTDC digital platforms/ systems from blueprint to final delivery
Develop and prioritise product feature requirements, working closely with the IT teams, UX/UI team and marketing teams in optimising the product performance and roll-out
Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to define long term Digital product development, identify new features, and ensure that delivery of the product is timely and of the highest quality
Participate in the design and development process to ensure products are highly functional and visually compelling

Monitor and measure launched products and feed insights back into the product development process

Requirements:

Responsibilities:
Support the Procurement Section on purchasing related matters
Provide administrative support to internal buyers on reviewing tender documents including specifications and composition of bidder list, etc
Monitor the compliance of procurement activities and provide guidance to internal user departments against the guidelines and procedures
Support the maintenance of the Approved Supplier List
Liaise and facilitate the Tender Board Meeting including the preparation of any necessary documents such as price analysis and summary of tender submission

Responsibilities:

To conduct ad-hoc calling exercises and render after-sales services and administrative support;
To collect and convey customers’ feedback to internal teams;

Requirements:
