We are currently operating more than 60 retail outlets in Hong Kong and Macau. To strive for long term development and assure the product quality, our Chinese medicine pharmaceutical plant in Yuen Long, with a floor area of over 110,000 square feet, has been awarded by GMP accreditations from the Chinese Medicine Council of Hong Kong as well as the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA).

To further strengthen our workforce, we are now inviting high calibre personnel to join our team as:

Senior Production Planning Manager


  • Manage production schedules to insure customer orders are met and finished goods inventories and delivery are maintained at the proper level.

  • Control flows of materials and utilization of labor to ensure adequate production requirements of the plant.

  • Manage the Production Department of a Chinese medicine pharmaceutical plant with PIC/S GMP standard.

  • Ensure production process, staffing and documentation are complied with GMP requirements.

  • Participate in planning, communicating and implementing the manufacturing strategies as well as manpower, budget and cost control of the department.

  • Train and motivate the team to accomplish assigned mission before the deadline.

  • Achieve production target within budgeted cost, time and quality attributes.

  • Work closely with internal departments including Quality Assurance, Logistics, Engineering and Quality Control to ensure business target & GMP compliance task can be achieved properly.

  • Participate in technical transfer& development of new products & processes.

  • Responsible for productivity, morale and safety of employees.

  • Perform ad hoc assignment / special tasks by direct supervisor.


  • Bachelor degree or above in Pharmaceutical, Food, Engineering or related subjects.

  • Minimum 8 years work experience in GMP/HACCP manufacturing, including minimum 5 years in production supervisory/ managerial roles.

  • Knowledge with Chinese medicine would be an advantage.

  • Be accountable and able to solve practical problems in manufacturing.

  • Strong leadership, organizational, management and interpersonal skills.

  • Independent, enthusiastic, with good communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels.

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).

Assistant Production Supervisor


  • Be responsible for production and materials planning

  • Support daily operations and maintain inventory accuracy 

  • Assist in preparing management reports

  • Perform ad hoc assignment / special tasks by direct supervisor.


  • Higher diploma or above in Pharmaceutical, Food, Engineering or related subjects;

  • Minimum 2 years work experience in GMP/HACCP manufacturing

  • Knowledge with Chinese medicine would be an advantage

  • Knowledge in oracle is a plus

  • Strong leadership, organizational and interpersonal skills;

  • Independent, enthusiastic, with good communication skills and ability to interact with employees at all levels;

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.

Sales Representative


  • Responsible for promoting & selling healthcare / FMCG products

  • Formulate and execute sales & marketing plans and strategies for multiple channels

  • Achieve sales target in assigned customers

  • Communicate and conduct promotion and display execution

  • Review and follow up, develop and maintain relationship with customers

  • Handle and process customer purchase order daily

  • Prepare sales budget and analysis, achieve sales target and monitor P&L

  • Manage assigned accounts and explore new business opportunities


  • Dipolma or above

  • 2-3 years relevant experience, preferably gained in FMCG/ Open Trade / healthcare/ food industries

  • Confident & self-motivated, with strong analytical skills and business sense; able to work independently and under pressure

  • Proficient in MS Office, good spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive

  • Immediate available is highly preferred

Temporary Accounts Clerk (half year/ 6 months contract)


  • Handle accounts payable functions

  • Handle relevant reconciliations for group companies;

  • Handle fixed asset matters, including reconciliations and depreciation transactions;

  • Provide clerical and admin support;

  • Previous experience in retail and manufacturing company will be preferred;

  • Immediately available is preferred.


  • Accounting Knowledge with LCCI Certificate 

  • 2 – 3 years’ related experience

  • Proficient in MS applications and Chinese Word Processing

  • Detail-minded and willing to learn

Key Account Executive / Senior Key Account Executive


  • Formulate and execute sales plans and strategies to achieve company sales and profit targets;

  • Maintain close relationships with key accounts for business development;

  • Monitor sales activities, promotional campaigns and merchandise displays in chain stores;

  • Explore new business opportunities.


  • Diploma in Business, Marketing or related disciplines;

  • 3-5 years sales and marketing experience in FMCG, preferably in health food industry;

  • Good relationship with chain stores or key accounts is an advantage;

  • Excellent selling, interpersonal, negotiation, problem solving, and communication skills;

  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and successfully in a geographically diverse organization;

  • Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Key Account Executive

Senior Finance Manager / Assistant Financial Controller


  • Lead a team and oversee the financial and management reporting of the group

  • Oversee the monthly closing process. Review and deliver monthly reports to top management in a timely, accurate and efficient manner

  • Lead interim and annual audits of the group and results announcements. Support interim / annual report production

  • Responsible for the financial management of the group companies

  • Supervise the budgetary control and forecasting process of the group

  • Perform financial planning and business analysis, budgetary control, cash flow management, tax reporting and operation review

  • Lead the process of re-engineering, including system and work-flow improvement project to drive consistency, efficiency, compliance and accuracy of the finance functions

  • Perform other ad hoc projects as assigned 


  • Bachelor Degree in Finance or Accounting with professional accreditation such as CPA/ACCA or at equivalent

  • At least 12 years’ experience in finance and accounting preferred with minimum 5 years’ in managerial capacity

  • Solid knowledge of Hong Kong and China accounting and tax rules and regulations, and HK listing rules

  • Previous working experience in listed company is an added advantage

  • Proactive, meticulous and able to work independently, efficiently and under pressure in a demanding and fast pace environment

  • Excellent business acumen with good analytical skills

  • Excellent communication and effective people management skills
