Worldwide Cruise Terminals is a consortium that operates and manages the cruise terminal at Kai Tak. This joint-venture is comprised of three companies, namely Worldwide Flight Services, Royal Caribbean Cruises Ltd., and Neo Crown Ltd.

Worldwide Cruise Terminals is providing a gateway to Hong Kong, and from Hong Kong to Asia. The cruise terminal will provide efficient services for embarking and disembarking cruise passengers, and enjoyable rooftop garden and dining experiences for locals and visitors alike.

Receptionist (3 months contract)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general reception duties, including handling all incoming calls, mails and dealing with courier delivery arrangements
  • Maintain daily operation and ensure tidiness of the reception area
  • Administer meeting and conference room bookings
  • Handle incoming calls and greet visitors in a professional and polite manner
  • Assist in visitor pass applications
  • Perform general clerical and administrative duties to support other departments when needed
  • Perform ad hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Form 5/DSE or above
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Willing to learn, self-motivated and well-organized
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

Assistant Event and Promotion Manager - Elements

Responsibilities:

  • To plan, supervise and manage all the day-to-day communication, public relations and membership promotion activities of the loyalty club of ELEMENTS shopping mall
  • To implement and execute promotion programs and marketing events
  • To liaise with tenants and strategic partners for customer relationship management initiatives and loyalty campaigns
  • To maintain good public and media relations , as well as explore potential overseas markets
  • To conduct market researches and customer service surveys and business evaluation to support the overall marketing and loyalty strategy
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects related to ELEMENTS shopping mall

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Marketing / Communications / Business Administration or related field
  • At least 5 years of marketing experience with strong project management skills, of which 4 years should be in related fields
  • Solid experience in retail operation, customer service management and stakeholders’ relationship management will be an advantage
  • Well organized, responsible and independent
  • Highly self-motivated and innovative
  • Excellent command of both spoken & written English and Chinese

Customer Services Officer - Lost and Found Team

Responsibilities:

  • Provide and answer any enquirers to airport visitors
  • Assist to Duty Manager to maintain Lost & Found operations

Requirements:

  • At least 3 years’working experience in customer service
  • Good customer greeting and well versed in information assistance
  • Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua

Working at ELEMENTS, an over one million square feet shopping mall located at 1 Austin Road West, Kowloon:

Responsibilities:

  • To maintain high quality of service of the Elements Information Counters.
  • To lead the concierge team to achieve total customer satisfaction including training up team members to utilize resources, maximize productivity and professionalism in handling customers' enquiries and complaints.
  • To liaise with strategic partners and tenants for concierges' offers and promotions.
  • To assist in ad-hoc projects if required.

Requirements:

  • Tertiary education, preferably major in Hospitality / Hotel Management / Marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in customer service industry, with at least 2 years of experience in supervisory level.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and coaching skills.
  • Strong proven record of leading and motivating a team to achieve management targets.

  • To assist the Operations Team  in ensuring smooth daily operations of the Kai Tak Cruise Terminal
  • To assist with port calls and events staged at the cruise terminal
  • To oversee the facilities conditions of the cruise terminal properties
  • To communicate with cleaning, security and other maintenance contractors
  • To liaise with stakeholders in the daily operation at cruise terminal

Requirements:

  • Tertiary educated, preferably in Facility/Property Management, Hospitality  or related disciplines
  • Minimum 1-2 years’ of relevant work experience
