ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Act as a business partner with management and BU heads for business planning and financial analysis, including Budgeting, Forecasting and Strategic Planning & Analysis

  • Conduct various financial analysis and business modelling to facilitate business reviews and decision-making on existing business and new opportunities

  • Work closely with BU and cross functional team to analyze and review the financial and operational performance

  • Perform macro and micro analysis/research for management decision making on business and financial trends, identify issues, and discuss with relevant business and functional teams

  • Lead and manage a small team, coach and develop their capabilities

  • Assist Ad-hoc projects

  • Based in Hong Kong and frequent travel to PRC cities.

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Accounting/Finance/Economics plus professional qualification

  • At least 5 years of FP&A experience in which 3 years in performing analysis in management reporting

  • Strong in using statistical and database management tools (e.g. Tableau, Qlikview, COGNOS, SPSS, SAS, SQL, etc.)

  • Proficiency in Pivot Table, V-Look Up and PowerPoint Presentation

  • Strong business acumen with excellent interpersonal and presentation skill

  • Proactive, details-oriented, able to work under tight deadlines in dynamic business environment

  • Excellent command in written and spoken English and Chinese

SENIOR PERSONNEL & ADMINISTRATION OFFICER (5-DAY WORK)

Responsibilities:

  • Based in Hong Kong to support the Personnel & Administration Manager in performing all-round HR and administrative functions for the Group’s China investment property portfolio, including recruitment, C&B administration, tax reporting, employee relations, performance management, procurement & other administrative functions

  • Assist in the execution of HR policies and projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Human Resources or related disciplines with at least 5 years' relevant PRC experience as a generalist of which 2 years in supervisory capacity

  • Meticulous and sensitive to figures; able to follow through

  • Sound knowledge in PRC labour law and with solid experience in HRIS implementation

  • Strong organization, interpersonal and communication skills

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua)

  • Proficient in MS Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing)

ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

  • Responsible for financial & management accounts reporting, payments checking, budgets preparation and analysis work for PRC accounts

  • University graduate with major in Accountancy, with 2 years’ relevant working experience

  • Student Member or Member of HKICPA or other professional accounting bodies

  • Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese (including Putonghua)

  • Good PC skills and detail-minded

ASSISTANT BUSINESS MANAGER

Responsibilities:

  • Perform in-depth quantitative customer analysis and communicate business insights to Marketing and Promotion, and provide high quality and actionable solutions.

  • Prepare and present articulate reports based on vast amount of data.

  • Conduct customer segmentation analysis.

  • Generate insight and turn lucid marketing information from various sources (e.g. data warehouse) into managerial actionable intelligence.

  • Prepare and analyze reports which summarize and forecast business activity based on past, present and expected operations.

  • Lead and manage market research projects (quantitative and qualitative), including: users’ requirements collection, scope definition, research methodology design & proposal, overseeing research/fieldwork process, data analysis, findings & insights presentations to users/management.

  • Work closely with agencies, internal business units and various stakeholders to update project performance and results.

  • Identify and recommend new research projects to meet business needs.

  • Collect and analyze both quantitative and qualitative data, conduct customer and competitor analysis, data processing and compile information into concise report and presentation.

  • Control budget and expenditure.

  • Any ad hoc duties/tasks assigned.

  • Based in Hong Kong and frequent travel to PRC cities.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Quantitative Analysis, Statistics, Economics or related discipline with at least 5 years’ solid experience in marketing research and quantitative analysis.

  • Strong project management skill and experience in research fieldwork operation and quality assurance.

  • Strong in using statistical and database management tools (Tableau, Qlikview, COGNOS, SPSS, SAS, SQL, etc.).

  • Strong PC skills, especially in MS Office and statistical software, experience in data warehouse and data mining will be an advantage

  • Articulate, good report writing and presentation skills.

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese. Speaking Putonghua is a must.

Administrative Assistant (5-day Work)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for performing secretarial and administrative duties;

  • Responsible for travelling arrangement and logistics, e.g.,  Air-ticket, hotel  and restaurant booking;

  • Manage the calendar/ diary activity, including the coordination of business meeting, conference and appointments;

  • Coordinate with relevant internal and external parties;

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with 8 years’ working experience of which 5 years’ in secretarial

  • Good command of written and spoken English & Chinese, including Putonghua

  • Good interpersonal skills, be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, proactive and outgoing

  • Accurate typing and high literacy in MS Office (Word / Excel / PowerPoint / Chinese Word Processing)
