WSE Hong Kong was established in the year 2000 and now operates 6 centres throughout Hong Kong catering to individual and corporate students.

English Learning Centre Teaching Assistant/ Personal Tutor (Full Time/ Part Time)


  • Ensure that Students learn English by following the Wall Street English Method

  • Conduct orientation classes and Social Club activities

  • Assist Students with multimedia lessons and digital book materials

  • Help Students reach the level of fluency and comprehension established in their course by providing motivation and specific constructive study advice

  • Create and maintain a fun, all-English learning environment

  • Provide administrative support to the centre when needed


  • Excellent level of English

  • Native or near-native Cantonese is a MUST

  • University Degree holder, preferably in English Studies

  • Experience living in an English speaking country is an advantage

  • Teaching/Tutoring Experience

  • Good Interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic

  • A high level of flexibility and adaptability

Operations Officer (Student Affairs)


  • Assist in acquiring new school partners while maintaining the existing ones in the English Experience Program (EEP) and organizing school projects/ activities

  • Output marketing promotional materials such as certificates, brochures and leaflets and manage social media platforms in promoting the school projects

  • Ensure satisfaction from students, schools or organizations within EEP and school projects

  • Work well with the team to ensure service quality

  • Provide support to various administrative tasks and ad-hoc projects as assigned

  • Assist in other functions of the Company if required


  • Higher Diploma or above, preferably, Degree holder

  • 1-year experience in customer service or related fields, educational experience preferred

  • Fresh graduates will be considered

  • Fluent in English and Chinese

  • Strong project and time management skills

  • Excellent presentation, problem-solving and communication skills

Sales Executive 課程顧問 (up to 30-50K plus Family Friendly Plan家庭友善計劃)

Duties 職責:

  • Give prospective customers advice on English learning 為顧客提供英語學習的建議

  • Achieve monthly sales target 達到每月營銷目標

  • Provide student follow up service 提供學生跟進服務


  • F. 7 or above with 1-year sales experience 中六或以上程度,擁有一年或以上的銷售經驗

  • Fluent in Cantonese and fair in English, Mandarin is a plus 流利廣東話,良好的英語程度,普通話更佳

  • Retail experience is an advantage 有零售經驗者更佳

Service Officer (Center Operations) (Full Time/ Part Time)


  • Be an ambassador for student and proactively handle their queries and problems

  • Drive students’ study progress through proactively managing student classes booking

  • Receive visitors in person and on phone and handle their enquiries

  • Promote and assist in centre or network activities

  • Assist in student-related administrative tasks

  • Work with the team to achieve all the monthly center objectives


  • Good communication skills in English and Cantonese

  • Post-secondary educated, university degree in any discipline preferred

  • Customer service experience is an advantage

  • Strong Interpersonal skills

  • Friendly, outgoing and enthusiastic

System Administrator / System Engineer / IT Officer (5 Days)


  • Maintain and monitor all PCs, networks, servers, web sites and applications

  • Provide daily helpdesk support to staff on applications, networking and systems

  • Report all job progress and any problem to the IT manager and co-operate to solve problems

  • Purchase equipments and systematically file quotations,invoices and other documents


  • A Degree or High Diploma holder in Computer Science or equivalent

  • Good IT support skill and 2-year relevant experience is preferred; fresh graduates will also be considered

  • Familiar with MS Windows Server 2012, Windows Server 2008, Windows Server 2003, Windows 10, Windows 8 and Windows 7 operating systems and MS Office

  • Good knowledge of networking skill

  • Familiar with MS Outlook, MS Word & MS Excel

  • Must be able to resolve problem independently

  • Native Cantonese speaker with good command of English
