Business Development Manager (CMS198/J01)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Marketing, Customer Service and Business Development to promote company's contract manufacturing service.

  • Explore new sales lead and drive to win and manage new customers' inquiry.

  • Maintain understanding of customer's expectation and business landscape for meeting clients's expectation

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Engineering/Marketing/Business Management

  • Minimum 10 years in EMS industry with Sales/Marketing/Business Development with at least 5 years in managerial level

  • Able to work independently and a good team player

  • Competent user of PC office software such as MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

Quality Manager (CMS188/J05)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the overall Quality department function including supplier quality management, incoming quality control, SPC, in-process control, and outgoing / customer quality assurance;

  • Set quality direction and own quality performance of a sub business unit;

  • Ensure compliance for the implementation and maintenance of quality systems in accordance with ISO 9001, ISO14001, IATF16949, ISO13485 requirements, as well as social responsibility systems in accordance with ISO45001 and SA8000;

  • Responsible for new employees training as well as yearly specialized training based on input from job knowledge coverage survey;

  • Ensure compliance of customer quality & regulatory requirements through effective quality planning and collaboration with customer to establish acceptable and realistic quality criteria as early as during NPI stage;

  • Ensure closer of quality issues through root cause analysis and implementation of effective containment and close-loop corrective/preventive actions;

  • Lead and provide support to cross functional managers to ensure corrective actions / quality continuous improvement occurs per committed time line;

  • Initiate joint continuous improvement program with customer to further improve customer satisfaction;

  • Establish business unit and departmental level quality KPI & target, review and report quality performance regularly to ensure target is achieved;

  • Drive and support quality systems and procedures simplification and standardization projects.

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Electronic / Electrical Engineering background from a recognized institute;

  • Minimum 7 years working experience in Quality related field preferably in electronic manufacturing service environment, with minimal 3 years in managerial position;

  • Written and oral communication skills including ability to understand technical journals, financial reports and legal documents; ability to respond to quality related inquiries or complaints from customers, regulatory agencies; ability to effectively present information to top management and customers;

  • Analytical skills including ability to work with basic mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference and applying to practical situations; ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions;

  • Experience in KPI management;

  • Full understanding of 8D and other problem solving technique;

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin & English;

  • Willing to station in Dongguan PRC Plant 5 days per week.

Chief/Consultant Electronic Engineer

Responsibilities:

  • Develop electronic circuit including circuit design and layout design

  • Leading a team of engineers around 5 persons

  • Support production on R&D developed products

  • Project management in development stage and communicate with customer for project details

  • Process improvement in development stage

Requirement:

  • Bachelor Degree or above in Electronics Engineering, Preference with Master degree

  • 15 years above hands-on experience in circuit design/PCB layout

  • Preference with experience on hybrid mixed signal and high speed signal such as DSP and application processors

  • Preference with professional audio product or analog design

  • Good command of both written and spoken English, Mandarin is essential

  • Frequent travel to Shenzhen R&D office at least 3 days per week

  • Candidate with less working experience would be considered for appropriate position

Program Management Executive (EMS Industry) (CMS177/J16)

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the overall project scheduling

  • Develop new projects

  • Handle orders and product quotations

  • Communicate with customer independently

  • Provide timely support and services to customers

  • Perform ad hoc assignment if required

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Engineering, Manufacturing, Business Administration or equivalent

  • 1 year working experience in OEM/ODM project management for electronic manufacturing industries

  • Possess strong interpersonal, communication and analytical skills

  • Self-motivated, passionate and a good team player

  • Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese, Mandarin

  • Literacy in MS office, including Excel, PowerPoint and Project

  • Willing to stay in our Dongguan plant 3 days per week

Senior Program Officer/ Assistant Program Manager (EMS Industry) (CMS197/J01)

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the scheduling, budgetary cost, coordination and implementation of products and services for assigned customer accounts

  • Establish sustainable customer relationships, with the overall focus to ensure customer satisfaction and retention in order to generate growth for the business

  • Responsible for the Administration and all customers issues under the PMT team

  • Ensure effective communications and successful execution of customer programs by cross-functional teams

  • Lead project team & operations to meet internal & external stakeholder’s KPI targets

  • Execute the business strategy of CMS and the agreed business plan

  • Develop talents from the team

Requirements:

  • University graduate in Business, Management, and/or Engineering discipline

  • Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in managing OEM/ODM projects in electronic manufacturing industries, and 2 years' solid experience in supervising position .

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Mandarin

  • Well known of product development and manufacturing process flows

  • Successful track records in growing business by meeting or exceeding internal & external stakeholders satisfaction.

  • Excellent listening, negotiation, problem solving and presentation skill

  • Willing to stay in Dongguan plant 3 days per week

  • Candidates with more working experience will be considered as Assistant Program Manager
