Brand Manager / Assistant Brand Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for formulating marketing objectives and strategies

  • Controls and implements the approved budgets and marketing plans to achieve business objectives including P&L

  • Liaises with internal departments and external parties from new product development to launch implementation

  • Plans, coordinates and implements advertising campaigns with advertising agencies

  • Plans, coordinates and implements research with research agencies

  • Initiates counteracting strategies and programs based on market trend, consumer insights and competitors’ performance

  • Performs ad-hoc duties as required


  • University graduate preferably in Business Administration or related discipline

  • Minimum 4 years marketing experience gained from FMCG industry

  • Mature and presentable

  • Good communication skills with all levels

  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Ability to work independently under pressure

  • Candidate with more experiences would be considered as Brand Manager

Risk Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement risk management framework across the group

  • As a specialist to provide guidance and liaise with departments in using new platform to facilitate the processes from identifying, evaluating, controlling and escalating risks

  • Monitor enterprise risks by tracking risk indicators, incidents, operating effectiveness and any changes of internal/external environment

  • Maintain risk management related documents and databases

  • Discuss and assess with departments in different geographical locations on the control gap for further mitigation plan

  • Track in incident reporting and mitigation plan

  • Design and plan risk management trainings and activities for staff to improve risk awareness and knowledge in risk management process

  • Assist departments to utilize risk management tools in projects and daily operation

  • Assist Risk Manager to develop risk reporting and other documents to senior management, Audit Committee and the Board of Directors

  • Handle ad-hoc tasks of department


  • Degree holder in Risk Management, Accounting, Audit, Finance or Law or related discipline is preferred

  • At least 5 years of relevant experience preferably in food and beverage, utilities and FMCG industries. Big 4 candidate is also welcome

  • Strong analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Efficient in handling multi-tasks

  • Good Command of both written and spoken English and Mandarin

  • Ability to work independently

  • Willingness to travel

Senior Internal Auditor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute the financial and operational audit function of the Group in accordance with audit plan to ensure the audit objectives are properly achieved

  • Evaluate the effectiveness of the risk management process and internal control framework

  • Perform specific audit procedures independently including performing risk analysis and evaluation of controls and assessing the impact of control deficiencies

  • Maintain and document risks and controls based on requirements under the Sarbanes Oxley Act

  • Identify area for value efficiency and effectiveness improvement and ensure that all audit findings are summarized in proper format

  • Communicate and work with management and auditee for the review


  • University graduate in Finance and Accounting with ACCA / HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications

  • At least 3 years of internal and / or external audit experience

  • Certified Internal Auditor ("CIA") is an advantage

  • Knowledge and experience in manufacturing and Fast Moving Consumer Good is an advantage

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, Cantonese and Putonghua

  • Knowledge in computer applications i.e. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio etc.

Human Resources Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the designs & deliveries of cultural building initiatives, staff caring programs, staff recognition programs and activities to enhance employee engagement

  • Recommend and implement effective initiatives to build employer brand in labor market

  • Participate in communication sessions with line departments for enhancing employee engagement

  • Provide HR services based on corporate policies & procedures to the designated Departments

  • Support any ad hoc projects as required by the Company


  • Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline

  • At least 3 years of relevant experience in sizable company, experience in executing the employee engagement and employer branding project is preferred

  • Well-versed knowledge in Hong Kong Employment Ordinance and related legislation

  • Good command of both spoken/written Chinese & English

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Accounts Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepares vouchers (bank, receipt, AP, cheque & etc.) and assists in month-end closing and report

  • Keeps the books of subsidiaries and reconcile currents

  • Analyses of General Ledger Accounts

  • Prepare monthly bank reconciliation

  • Perform daily accounting operation and undertakes other daily ad-hoc assignment

  • Files and packs all vouchers for Finance Department


  • Matriculation

  • At least 2-3 years relevant experience

  • Hands-on experience on SAP system in preferable

  • Proficient in MS Office especially Excel

  • Well-organized, detail-minded and flexible to work with stakeholder across department

  • Immediately available is preferable

Data Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct business requirement analysis, solution design and implementation support for data analytics projects

  • Deploy statistical modelling and algorithms to fulfil business requirements

  • Prepare analytical reports to summarize and forecast business activities

  • Support database integration and data mapping activities

  • Support vendor management to ensure smooth project execution

  • Collaborate with related parties to discover new technologies to drive business and technology innovation


  • University degree on Computer Science, Information Technology or related disciplines

  • Minimum 5 years of related experience, with FMCG, F&B or Technology background is preferred

  • Proven experience in ETL and BI tools e.g. Informatica, SSIS, Qlik, Tableau, Business Objects, Alteryx etc.

  • Experience in the management and command of RDBMS and NO SQL database is required

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin is a plus)

  • Curiosity and keen to learn with good communication, interpersonal, and analytical skills

  • Willing to travel occasionally

IT Support

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide end-users support for IT related problems

  • Perform hardware and software installation

  • Daily health check on systems, server, applications and network performance

  • Update standard operation procedure and manual

  • Responsible for ad-hoc projects as assigned


  • Diploma in Computer Studies / related disciplines or above

  • At least 1 year relevant experience

  • Good command in both spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Good working attitude with strong problem solving, communication skill and interpersonal skill

QC Officer

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review daily production records, QC records and recommend factory release approval on finished products.

  • Maintain product quality as stipulated in the ISO documents and update the related documents as need.

  • Investigate and report the substandard products produced in Tuen Mun Plant and recommend remedial to ensure future product quality.

  • Conduct factory trail, and arrange subsequent analysis and follow-up on test run products for upgrading or improvement of processing line.

  • Monitor the inventory of QC warehouse

  • Perform other duties as assigned


  • Higher Diploma in Food Science or other related discipline

  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in Quality Control

  • Able to work independent and work under pressure in companion of work quality for routine testing.

  • Proficient in computer operations (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)

Assistant QA Manager

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and supervise a team of quality assurance personnel of Hong Kong Gourmet Limited

  • Ensure the implementation of Quality Management & Food Safety Systems including ISO 22000, HACCP & GMP

  • Provide technical support / advise on all quality assurance and control matters

  • Develop audit mechanism to monitor the hygiene & quality standard

  • Ensure the compliance with food safety standards and legislations

  • Set up and maintain quality assurance controls and documentations

  • Perform ad hoc duties as required


  • Bachelor degree in Food Science or related disciplines

  • 5 years’ working experience, preferable in food & beverage industry with supervisory exposure

  • Knowledge of laboratory testing & reporting

  • Able to work in team and under pressure

  • Able to communicate in both Chinese and English

Senior Research Technologist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan & conduct applied study on key ingredients and process for product optimization and shorten product development time

  • Provide trouble shooting and technical support to sort out problems for VIHL and affiliates and reduce production downtime

  • Conduct collaborative research projects with relevant parties and search for updated new products/ ingredients information

  • Translate applied study result to technical systems (formulation and process) to anticipate future problems

  • Interchange technical expertise and knowledge with technical and operations personnel

  • Manage development of new pipeline projects (ingredients, products and process) to speed up product innovation and introduce to market

  • Assist to set up optimized plants & processing line; and evaluate OEM plants & plant commissioning trials

  • Ensure legal compliance in food regulations and safety


  • Degree holder or above, preferably in Food Science/ Food Chemistry/ Food Engineering/ Food Technology/ Chemistry

  • Minimum 3 years working experience preferably on food research & development work for Degree holder, or 1 year for Master, or 5 year for Higher Diploma/Higher Certificate holder

  • No color blindness with good sensory evaluation ability

  • Analytical with critical reasoning and influencing skills

  • Creative, decisive and a good problem solver

  • Able to work under pressure and handle a wide variety of tasks

  • Willing to work outside Hong Kong

  • Perferably with supervising experience
