BRAND MANAGER / SENIOR BRAND MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for formulating marketing objectives and strategies
  • Controls and implements the approved budgets and marketing plans to achieve business objectives including P&L
  • Coordinates with internal departments and external parties from new product development to launch implementation with the support from Senior Marketing Executive
  • Plans, coordinates and implements advertising campaigns with advertising agencies
  • Plans, coordinates and implements research with research agencies
  • Initiates counteracting strategies and programs based on market trend, consumer insights and competitors’ performance
  • Performs ad-hoc duties as required 

Requirements:

  • University graduate preferably in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years marketing experience gained from FMCG industry

ASSISTANT SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing the department's plans, strategies, projects, policies and procedures
  • Consolidate, summarize, analysis and report for finished goods & raw materials’ supply planning
  • Monitor the production progress, inventory status and sales moving trend
  • Supervise and monitor the performance of supply chain related activities including store administration, export packaging and other supporting services
  • Monitor the general warehouse activities including maintenance of working condition and cleanliness of factory area
  • Coordinate with other departments on any matters related to supply chain management

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in supply chain management or related disciplines
  • At least 4 years of relevant working experience in supervisory level
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Strong analytical skills, well-organized and responsible

MARKETING MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for formulating marketing objectives and strategies
  • Review and analyses the impact to the overall market in terms of socio-economic changes, consumer behavior and competitive activities
  • Prepares the marketing plan / budget and reports
  • Controls and implements the approved budgets and plans, evaluate the various aspects of the marketing mix with an objective of improving/ increasing sales in the short run and achieving brand building in mid to long run
  • Implements, liaises and progresses projects with advertising agencies, research agencies and design houses from briefing through evaluation of proposals, making recommendations to management
  • Liaises closely with sales department to ensure a smooth coordination of marketing and sales activities
  • Actively participate in the development of new product/packaging format in co-operation with Product Development and management
  • Performs ad-hoc duties as required 

Requirements:

  • University graduate preferably in Business Administration or related discipline
  • Minimum 10 years marketing experience with at least 3 years at supervisory level, FMCG industry is preferable

GROUP CORPORATE BRANDING & DIGITAL MEDIA MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop corporate social media strategy and policy. Manage on-going implementation and coordinate with other functions as needed
  • Manage and enhance corporate and local market website’s contents
  • Manage deployment of corporate signature and ensure consistency and alignment of usage
  • Manage design & production of annual and interim financial report and sustainability report
  • Set up and manage design & production of corporate collaterals, including communication materials, photos and videos, etc.

Requirements: 

  • University graduate in communications, marketing or translation
  • 12 years of relevant experience or above in corporate communications, internal communications and / or marketing in multinational companies

MANAGER, MANAGEMENT ACCOUNTING

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Provide consolidated result of HK Operation and provide advice to improve financial improvement
  • Provide quarterly financial performance review to Management Board
  • Lead the preparation of 3 years plan, rolling forecast, budget and facilitate strategic decision making
  • Provide latest estimate for the full year result that facilitate corrective actions / change decisions be implemented timely
  • Provide management analysis to align with business objectives
  • Ensure proper internal control in place and formulate appropriate policy and procedures
  • Be a business partner with Marketing Team
  • Lead IT implementation project
  • Handle ad hoc assignment and projects

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in Accountancy, Finance or related disciplines with professional qualification in HKICPA/ACCA or equivalent
  • At least 5 years finance or accounting experience at supervisory level or above, preferably in manufacturing and listed companies and with audit experience
  • Business level spoken and written in English and Chinese (Mandarin)
  • Proficiency in use of MS Office (especially PowerPoint and excel)

LEARNING & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and implement learning and development programs or solutions under Vitasoy context by closely partnering with colleagues in business and frontline operations

ASSISTANT TRADE MARKETING MANAGER, MODERN TRADE

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor the team and ensure day to day duties are well performed in accordance with schedule and standard

  • Provide coaching and support to team members in terms of communication and general performance

GROUP DIGITAL MANUFACTURING LEAD

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee deployment of digital capabilities in Group manufacturing facilities
  • Support creation of Group-wide digital manufacturing strategy
  • Oversee design and deployment of solutions involving connected devices and sensors, asset life-cycle monitoring and management, automated control systems, and industrial communications systems
  • Collaborate with various departments to integrate manufacturing digital capabilities and data with other operational processes
  • Oversee the development and implementation of a data-driven and automation-driven culture within manufacturing
  • Establish relationships with key vendors to drive successful project delivery and continuous improvement of manufacturing digitization

Requirements:

  • Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related discipline preferred
  • 8+ years experience in manufacturing and/or production processes with solid business understanding of FMCG or F&B industry preferred
  • Working knowledge of plant operations with FMCG, F&B, or technology background preferred
  • Proven experience in digital transformation projects preferred, including deployment of computer-integrated manufacturing systems

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Maintain and continuously optimize the centralized data warehouse for reporting and analysis
  • Develop and prepare HR reports and analysis
  • Participate in regular HR exercises including budgeting, forecasting, pay survey and performance management cycle

  • Identify (new) business and channel opportunities
  • Monitor account / channel profitability and selling expenses and formulate strategies to maximize business and profit

ACCOUNTANT / SENIOR ACCOUNTANT

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Support the development of strategies and process improvement for management, based on analysis, projections, benefits and risk analysis
  • Assist in budget, forecast and strategic business planPrepare financial analysis on P&L, Projects, NPD etc.
  • Interpret and understand the information in order to communicate effectively the implication for the business
  • Assist line management in preparing action plan for identified areas for continuousimprovement

Requirements:

(SAP) SYSTEM ANALYST / PROGRAMMER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform user requirements analysis to understand the business needs
  • Perform solution design for achieving the target business outcomes
  • Work closely with development team and/or external service provider(s) for solution delivery, which included but not limited to requirement confirmation, functional specification, testing, training and UAT support
  • Provide support and advice to users and other IT teams in solution design and delivery perspective
  • Provide support in IT initiatives / projects when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline
  • At least 4 years’ experience in IT field, with minimum 3 years’ experiences in SAP ERP Solution (Any of the following SAP modules: PP/FICO/MM/SD/QM/PS/PLM)
  • Familiar with ABAP coding is an advantage
  • SAP Certification is a value-added advantage
