Marketing Executive

Salary: Negotiable
Remarks: Immediately Required

Primary responsibilities:

  • Report to General Manager.
  • Marketing planning and implementation; strategic and budget planning for 6-month, 12-month and 18-month.
  • Preparing marketing campaigns, programs, advertising and events. Organizing and coordinating with other departments for the process and progress.
  • Time to time progress review and to revise plan and process when necessary.

IT Coordinator

Salary: Negotiable

Job Summary:

Reporting to the Administration Department and/or Marketing Manager, manages the IT section to ensure smooth functioning of the organization by taking care of the technical aspects within the organization. Responsible for making any IT related decisions, troubleshooting a problem and giving support to the technical as well the no-technical staff, also catering to the basic IT requirements of the organization like installing hardware and software, maintaining important data, keeping the machines secured and training the non-technical staff. Overseeing and managing company's information technology projects. Coordinates project phases from development to installation. Acts as liaison between clients, vendors, and consultants. It is important that an IT coordinator has good communication skills as he may have to give troubleshooting information over phone and also give supervisory instructions. It is also helpful if the individual has basic training skills alongside strong technical knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • IT Coordinator is responsible for training the employees and also developing their IT skills.
  • To manage the entire IT setup and ensuring IT section is running efficiently.
  • Looking after Hardware, Software, Networking, procurement and maintenance in the IT section.
  • Giving IT support to the staff on regular basis.
  • Installing of software, hardware and making a new purchase ready for use.
  • Keeping the machines protected from all kinds of virus, malwares, spywares and all kinds of threats.
  • Educating the staff on how to store data in an organized manner, taking back-ups regularly, maintaining and storing important documents.
  • Identifying and troubleshooting IT related issues.
  • Cleaning and checking the machines on a regular basis.

Marketing Coordinator

Salary: Negotiable

Job Summary:
Reporting to the Marketing Executive and/or equivalent level manager. Responsible for creating and delivering marketing ideas and activities. Concepts and creates marketing materials, manages projects, and ensures company messages are consistent.

Responsibilities:

  • Create, deliver, edit, and optimize marketing materials.
  • Ensure that messages are supportive of and consistent with marketing strategies.
  • Supervise social media outreach.
  • Deliver content via Wechat, Facebook, IG, email, or direct mail.
  • Coordinate and deliver email campaigns.
  • Mass-mail materials.
  • Create brochures and sell sheets.
  • Provide support to Development Department, Promotions Department for all marketing activities and events.
  • Coordinate flow of information and communication and disseminate it according to plan/strategy.
  • Work with managers and business units to determine event budget and manage expenses to that budget.
  • Promote products and services through public relations initiatives.
  • Develop marketing communications campaigns.

Job Summary:

Reporting to Marketing Executive and/or equivalent level manager. Responsible for the content output and promotional initiatives within our organization. Promote and enhance profiles of clients, write blogs and press releases, promote news items, and help clients gain more exposure, referrals, and online traffic.

Responsibilities:

  • Meeting with management and teams to discuss goals, objectives, and needs.
  • Identify promotional needs and audiences.
  • Devise PR campaigns.
  • Present campaign ideas to management.
  • Get budgets and ideas approved.
  • Set deadlines.
