Project Manager

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the supervisor in monitoring the progress of the restaurant renovation works and project management

  • Arrange routine tasks on repair/maintenance and follow up on defects (site inspection is required)

  • Handle the coordination works of all projects and provide documentation support to the department

  • Liaison with the contractors and sub-contractors and the statutory bodies

  • Follow up the restaurant license documents

  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

 Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering, Surveying or related discipline with minimum 5 years working experience

  • Knowledge in Building Ordinance and Regulations

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

  • Able to work independently, good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

 

Project Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Assist the supervisor in monitoring the progress of the restaurant renovation works and project management

  • Liaison with the contractors and sub-contractors and the statutory bodies

  • Carry out ad-hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

  • Higher Diploma or above in Building Service Engineering, Surveying or related discipline

  • Knowledge in Building Ordinance and Regulations

  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

  • Able to work independently, good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Can-do attitude, able to work under pressure and tight deadlines

  • Fresh graduated or less experienced candidates will be considered as Assistant Project Coordinator.

Accounts Clerk

Responsibilities:

  • Handle accounts payable

  • Perform general accounting duties such as monthly statement verification, data record, purchase invoices/statements handling

  • Cheque preparation and general clerical works

  • Ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Fresh graduate to 1 year working experience

  • Form 5 or DSE graduate

  • Good computer skills include Microsoft Office 

Accounting Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily accounting duties such as vouchers preparation and payment preparation

  • Prepare month end closing and management reports

  • Provide general clerical support for the department

  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Form 5 or DSE or above with accounting background

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant working experiences

  • Good computer skills including Microsoft Office and Chinese word processing
