CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIP OFFICER (5-DAY WORK)

Responsibilities:

  • To assist in the planning and execution of initiatives and events for the Mall's loyalty programme

  • To initiate monthly offerings, extra rewards and privileges for the acquisition and retention of members

  • To collaborate with different stakeholders for the smooth execution of campaigns

  • To be the point-of-contact and establish rapport with members

  • To prepare and review relevant marketing communication materials

  • To review the programme effectiveness through data analytics

  • To manage the operation of the CRM system and accountable for stock inventory control   

Requirements:

  • University graduates in hospitality, marketing or business related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years’ solid experience in CRM programme management, preferably gained in shopping mall, tourism or hospitality industry

  • Cheerful, customer oriented with excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Detail-minded, well organized and able to prioritize works under tight schedule

  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua)

  • Overtime work on weekends and public holidays is necessary

SENIOR CUSTOMER SERVICE AMBASSADOR / CUSTOMER SERVICE AMBASSADOR

(Salary: HK$15,000 – $20,000)

Job Responsibilities:

  • To handle enquiries from shoppers / tourists about the shopping mall

  • To offer assistance / services to shoppers as needed in a helpful manner

  • Shift duty from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. is required

Requirements:

  • Passionate in retail and hospitality work

  • Pleasant, proactive and customer-oriented with good manners

  • F. 5 / DSE / Diploma holder or above preferably in Hospitality / Travel / Business-related disciplines

  • 1 - 2 years of experience in customer service, hospitality or sales industry

  • Fresh university graduates with some part-time experience in customer service field will also be considered

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English, Putonghua

  • Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Customer Service Ambassador

技術員 TECHNICIAN (5天半工作)

(月薪HK$18,000)

職責:

  • 負責商場設施 / 大型機電及中央冷氣系統操作維修保養及運作等

入職要求:

  • 一年或以上商業樓宇設施 / 中央冷氣 / 機電維修保養經驗

  • 持A級電牌及平安咭

  • 持有屋宇裝備證書將獲優先考慮

助理工程督導員 ASSISTANT TECHNICAL SUPERVISOR (5天半工作)

(月薪 HK$22,000)

職責:

  • 負責商場及商業大廈樓宇設施,包括升降機、自動電梯及電力系統之測試、檢查及保養維修等工作

  • 負責跟進樓宇設施之日常維修保養,監督工程進度及質量,聯絡商廈租戶和協調承判商之工作

入職要求:

  • 持有屋宇裝備 / 電機工程證書

  • 具三年有關上述系統之操作 / 維修保養 / 建築或裝修工程經驗,具督導經驗優先

  • 須持有A級或以上電牌及有效平安咭

高級管業督察 SENIOR BUILDING INSPECTOR (5.5-DAY WORK)

(月薪HK$19,000)

職責:

  • 負責巡視商廈及協助執行日常商廈 / 停車場管理事務

  • 9小時輪班工作

入職要求:

  • 中五程度

  • 三年或以上管理大型商廈 / 酒店 / 商業樓宇設施工作經驗

  • 具良好客戶服務態度

  • 良好粵語、英語及普通話

兼職管業助理 PART-TIME BUILDING ASSISTANT

(時薪 Hourly Rate: HK$70)

職責:

  • 負責巡視商廈 / 停車場及協助執行日常商廈 / 停車場管理事務

  • 負責巡視兒童遊樂設施

入職要求:

  • 中三或以上學歷

  • 一年或以上相關工作經驗

  • 具良好客戶服務態度

  • 具商場物業管理經驗優先
