Captain

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in an internationally recognized reputed restaurant, hotel or catering industry

  • Good command of English and Cantonese (Both oral & written)

  • Pleasant personality, well presented, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills

  • Completion of relevant studies and wine knowledge would be a definite advantage

  • Knowledge of HACCP Systems and ISO 22000 is an advantage

Store & Receiving Coordinator

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Secondary School graduate or above

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position, preferably in the hotel or catering industry

  • Good written and spoken English and Chinese

  • Knowledge of receiving procedures

  • Knowledge of computerization in purchasing and receiving system

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • A good team player, pleasant, strict and trustful

Housekeeping Attendant 管家部服務員

The incumbent is responsible for the cleaning duties, general miscellaneous duties and labour work required to move furniture. 

The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Polite and outgoing, service-oriented and good interpersonal skills

  • Experience in a similar position is preferable

  • Knowledge of cleaning skills and basic service would be an advantage

F&B Waiter / Waitress (Fine-Dining / Casual-Dining) (HK$19,000.00 / month)

Reporting to the Head Waiter / Waitress, the incumbent is required to work on rotation basis in the restaurant and banqueting areas. He/she is expected to provide Members and their guests with distinctive, high quality and personalised service. The ideal candidate should possess the following qualifications and requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position in a fine-dining / casual-dining restaurant
