SALES ASSOCIATE

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Maximize the profit by assisting to achieve / excess shop sales target
  • Provide excellent customer services and maintain good relationship with customers
  • Handle customer's enquiries or complaints

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • University graduate or F.5 graduate with 2 years' experience in fashion retail
  • Proactive, service-oriented and passion for fashion
  • Excellent selling, communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good in spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin
  • Should be a team player
     

ASSISTANT HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist the superior in handling full spectrum of Human Resources functions
  • Responsible for compensation and benefits administration including but not limited to payroll & commission calculation, benefit administration, provident fund administration, leave management, taxation and annual salary review
  • Responsible for handling recruitment process and maintaining personal records
  • Prepare HR related correspondences and compile various reports & analysis for management’s review and audit purpose
  • Assist in implementing HR initiative projects and recreative activities such as Annual Staff Party, Christmas Party, Summer Intership, annual budgeting, performance management and HRIS enhancement project
  • Act as a back-up of Receptionist
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • Diploma or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 2 years experience in C&B function in retail industry or in sizable companies
  • Less experience or fresh graduate will be considered as Human Resources Assistant
  • Well-versed in Employment Ordinance and related legislations of HK
  • Good at communication skill, analytical skill and with good numerical sense
  • Strong sense of responsibility, detail-minded and self-motivated
  • Solid experience in using IPL is preferable
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
  • Immediately available is preferred
     

SENIOR HUMAN RESOURCES OFFICER

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Assist the Human Resources and Administration Manager in handling full spectrum of Human Resources functions
  • Oversee compensation and benefits administration including but not limited to payroll & commission calculation, benefit administration, provident fund administration, leave management, taxation, annual salary review and salary & benefits benchmarking for the company
  • Responsible for handling recruitment process and maintaining personal records
  • Assist in formulating, reviewing and implementing HR strategies, company policies and procedures
  • Handle HR related correspondences and compile various reports & analysis for management’s review and audit purpose
  • Participate in implementing HR initiative projects and recreative activities such as Annual Staff Party, Christmas Party, annual budgeting, performance management and act as core member in HRIS enhancement project
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assignment

  • Degree holder or above in Human Resources Management, Business Administration or related disciplines
  • At least 5 years experenice in C&B function in retail industry or in sizable companies

INTERN

JOB DESCRIPTION:

  • Product listing preparation, support product shooting
  • Video filming and editing
  • Support daily operation of our e-shop and physical stores
  • Exposure and assist in a full range of e-commerce
  • Handle administrative tasks and ad hoc projects

JOB REQUIREMENT:

  • University or undergraduate student in Marketing / E-Commerce / New Media Technology or related fields with relevent experience in photography, graphics and design and digital imaging is an advantage
  • Good technical skills in using digital cameras and software such as Photoshop
  • Excellent communications skills in both spoken and written English and Chinese Proficient in MS Office Applications, especially Excel
  • Creativity and an eye for a picture
  • A problem solver, patience, flexible, can work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • The ability to work both independently and in team
