Customer Services Specialist (5 DAYS WORK)
Responsibilities & Duties:
Key enabler in end customer satisfaction and be able to provide prompt support to sales and customers on product and warranty enquiries
Work closely with Sales and Operations team to ensure end customer's requirements are fulfilled
Build and maintain successful relationships with sales, distributors and end customers
Coordinate with inventory management and logistics providers to provide sales support and warranty solutions
Provide administrative support in customer service management
Provide various analysis reports for management to assist on decision making
Assist in ad-hoc projects assigned by manager
Essential qualifications, skills, knowledge and experience:
Diploma or above in related discipline with at least 1 years solid experience in customer service;
Candidate with working experience in warehouse logistics, warranty services or related field is highly preferred;
Friendly, approachable with positive hands-on attitude, independent and attention to detail in a dynamic environment;
Proficient in MS Office including MS Word, Excel or other ERP system
Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
