Duty Manager (Guest Services Manager)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the activities of a Front Office team ensuring that guests receive prompt, professional attention and personal recognition

  • To provide and ensure efficient and quality front line guest services at all time

  • To maintain comments and complaints relating to service standards and take any necessary action

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years’ experience in front office / guest services or related discipline including supervisory experience, or equivalent combination

  • Higher Diploma or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

  • Good communication, interpersonal and customer service skills

  • Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English, other dialects are definitely advantage

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Front Office System

  • Deal with difficulties in a mature manner and demonstrate problem-solving skills

Housekeeping Supervisor 房務部督導

Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of Room Attendants ensuring guest rooms are clean and tidy at established hotel standards at all times

  • Responsible for assigning daily work schedules

  • Spot-checks occupied and vacant guest rooms after cleaning

Requirements:

  • Secondary education preferably with hospitality background

  • Supervisory Certificate from Vocational Training Institutes preferred

  • 3 years’ housekeeping experience with at least 1 year in supervisory level in hotel chain

  • Good interpersonal skills and a team player

  • Basic computational ability preferred

  • Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary languages (Chinese and English) used in the workplace

  • Able to work under pressure

Public Area Attendant 公眾地方清潔員

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible to clean the hotel public area and backstage areas 負責酒店公眾地方和員工設施的清潔

Requirements:

  • 1 year relevant experience with hotel experience in using cleaning equipment are preferred 1年相關工作經驗,有酒店工作經驗及懂使用清潔工具者優先考慮

  • Preferably with formal housekeeping training 有正式接受管家訓練更佳

  • Hard-working, willing to take responsibilities and initiative 勤力, 有責任感及積極

  • Shift duties is required 須輪班工作

Room Attendant 房務員

Responsibilities:

  • Room cleaning and replenishing supplies in guest rooms負責清潔及整理酒店房間

Requirements:

  • 1 year relevant experience with hotel experience in using cleaning equipment are preferred 1年相關工作經驗,有酒店工作經驗及懂使用清潔工具者優先考慮

  • Preferably with formal housekeeping training 有正式接受管家訓練更佳

  • Hard-working, willing to take responsibilities and initiative 勤力, 有責任感及積極

  • Shift duties is required 須輪班工作

Senior Guest Services Agent /Guest Services Agent

Responsibilities:

  • Provide effective courteous services at the Front Office and resolve any guest dissatisfaction in a professional attitude;

  • Perform check-in and check-out procedures for hotel guests;

  • Greet and welcome guests, and respond guests’ enquiries promptly, efficiently, and courteously in a professional manner at all time;

  • Other ad-hoc assignment

Requirements:

  • 1-year Front Office/Customer services working experience preferred

  • Certificate or above in Hospitality Management or related disciplines

  • Proficiency in PC skills

  • Service-oriented, self-motivated, independent, strong interpersonal and communications skills

  • Good command of spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua

  • Shift duty including overnight shift is required

  • If less experience, will been considered as Guest Services Agent

  • Fresh Graduate is welcome.
