Assistant Sales Manager / Sales Executive

Job Description
Current Customers:

  • Manage and cement rapport with existing customers in terms of planning, coordinating, implementing and evaluating performance of  merchandising and counter / event promotions
  • Work with customers to align sales target for each campaign. cascade to internal stakeholders, drive and monitor target achievement
  • Supervise the team to prepare relevant sales report and post evaluation

New Customers: 

  • Take initiatives to understand annual target of customers and propose new campaign opportunities in a proactive manner
  • Approach new and current customers in extending our newly established digital services
  • Facilitate ad hoc project

Requirement:

  • University graduate with at least 3 years of agency experience or key account / trade marketing   experience preferably in  FMCG (Food & Beverage) Industry. Candidate with less experience will be considered as Sales Executive
  • Familiar with digital  marketing / social media management
  • Experience in managing Key Account (Supermarket, Convenience Store) and Drugstore is an definite   advantage
  • Independent, analytical and passionate in developing new business
  • Team player and resilient
