Swatch is seeking for high caliber candidate for the following position:

Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures high quality of service provided to the customers at the Customer Service Center of The Swatch Group (Hong Kong) Ltd. Work with both the Reception and B2B Teams to maintain an efficient and smooth operation.

  • Handle customers’ enquiries, requests and complaints promptly with courteous manner and professionalism.

  • Responsible to handle the watch repair registration, handle payments and prepare the invoice accurately.

  • Provide clear explanation to customers regarding the condition of the watch and the necessary follow-up required

  • Perform according to the parcel/schedule for the transfer of watches from watch retailers

  • Prepare daily & monthly reports, updating data base, conduct stock take on a regular basis and ad hoc administrative work.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary

  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in retail or hospitality industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and knowledge in SAP is preferred

  • Pleasant, customer oriented and team player

  • Strong sense of responsibility and able to work under pressure

  • Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Putonghua

Customer Service Officer - Omega Boutiques

Responsibilities:

  • Take care and resolve customer queries in compliance of customer service guidelines

  • Responsible for hotline enquiries according to the service standard

  • Monitor the repairing jobs for customers

  • Maintain and update information of customer service system

  • Act as cashier in the shop and manage the POS system

  • Follow up the transfer of repaired goods and spare part stocks

  • Require to work in Omega Boutiques on shift basis

Requirements:

  • University graduate

  • At least 3 years’ relevant working experience in retail or hospitality industry

  • Proficient in Microsoft office and knowledge in SAP is preferred

  • Pleasant, customer oriented and team player

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Good command of spoken Putonghua, English and Cantonese
