Superior Travellers Services Limited (STSL) - dedicates in providing exclusive and privileged services catering elite travelers globally. From personal meet and assist, to express customs and security channel, VIP lounge, special terminal transfer, exclusive parking, limousine services and much more. STSL dedicates to enforce a smooth and excellent fast track experience for our premium VIP customers.
To cope with our expansion plan, we would like to invite high caliber personnel to join our customer service team:
Customer Service Executive (Shift Duty 4-day work per week)
Arrange bookings, handle customer enquiries and complaints
Liaise and coordinate with China colleagues, customers, overseas agents & service providers
Maintain filing and provide proper storage of service records
Prepare customer service related reports
Provide the best customer experience via phone calls and emails
4-day work per week rotation of 3 shifts includes weekdays, weekends & public holidays
Evening shift: 12:00pm to 11:30pm / 10:00am to 09:30pm
Overnight shift: 10:30pm to 10:00am
University graduate with at least 1 year’s working experience
Experience in customer service or in travel industry is preferable
Fluency in spoken & written English, Cantonese & Mandarin
Good telephone manner and pleasant personality
Self-motivated, self-discipline, responsible, service oriented and able to communicate with customers with different cultural background
Good typing skills and PC knowledge (MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word Processing)
Able to work as a team and willing to learn new techniques, concepts, and systems
