ASSISTANT PUBLIC AFFAIRS OFFICER

Requirements:

  • University degree or above

  • A minimum of 3 years’ experience in public affairs / community liaison / local market research work in statutory bodies or sizable corporations or equivalent

  • Good understanding of Hong Kong’s political system and framework

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills

  • Attention to details and can work under tight timeline

  • Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese

Responsibilities:

  • To support and assist supervisors in strengthening and maintaining close liaison with different stakeholders in the community

  • Assist in monitoring of public affairs developments

  • To provide support and assist in planning and organizing stakeholder engagement activities

  • To provide assistance in developing and managing Company’s stakeholders’ database

  • To conduct market intelligence and specific researches as deemed useful to the Company’s interests

  • Participate in and support Company’s public affairs and community services and related activities

  • Any other duties and projects as assigned by supervisors
