ASSISTANT PROJECT MANAGER – SHOPPING MALL

Requirements:

  • Degree holder in architecture, interior design or related disciplines

  • Registered Architect preferred

  • Minimum 8 years’ experience, with shopping mall / retail experience in Hong Kong and PRC

  • Strong design portfolio especially in shopping mall / retail renovation projects

  • Proficient in design, administration and detailing

  • A good team player, flexible and detail -minded

  • High level of presentation and liaison skills

  • Proven English and Chinese proficiency, including Putonghua

  • Occasional travel to PRC

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee design submission, presentation preparation and project management of A & A and renovation projects for shopping malls in Hong Kong and PRC

  • Liaise with the Government on submission, licensing & land issue

  • Coordinate with Group project team on tenants / leasing requirements

  • Identify latest design trend for retail architecture and interior

ASSISTANT GENERAL MANAGER / SENIOR MANAGER – RETAIL LEASING

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in surveying, marketing, business administration, estate management or related disciplines

  • HKIS / RICS / General Practice Surveying or equivalent preferred

  • Minimum 10 years' experience in leasing or marketing shopping centers in property developers

  • Strong market sense and proactive attitude

  • Excellent interpersonal skills and sound analytical mind

  • Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

  • Proven English and Chinese proficiency

Responsibilities:

  • Leasing of shopping malls, including providing quality tenant services, planning and implementing control of leasing tasks, tenants liaison, tenancy administration, co-ordination on renovation works, takeover / handover of premises, fitting-out works and ad hoc duties

  • Marketing of shopping malls, including exploring new clients through business connection and relevant marketing events

RESEARCH & PLANNING MANAGER - RETAIL LEASING

Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree, preferably in real estate and surveying

  • At least 6 years of related working experience, preferably in property field

  • Outstanding command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese/Putonghua)

  • Strategic thinker with good research capabilities and attention to details

  • High integrity, strong interpersonal skills and can work independently

  • Proficient in PowerPoint, Excel and Word

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic planning for retail leasing

  • New project feasibility study

  • Key retail tenants relationship management

  • Conduct market research, analyze and compile reports

  • Conduct presentations and perform other related duties as assigned 

WORKS SUPERVISOR (M&E) (2-YEAR CONTRACT RENEWABLE)

Requirements :

  • Higher Certificate / Diploma in Building Services Engineering or equivalent

  • Proven Chinese and English proficiency

  • Positive working attitude and proactive mindset

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in supervision of M&E works under construction in high quality properties developments in Hong Kong.

  • Assist in facilitating and monitoring quality assurance measures by contractors

  • Fresh graduates are welcome

(Appointment will initially be made on a 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to performance and mutual agreement)

STRUCTURAL ENGINEER

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in civil and structural engineering or related discipline

  • MIStructE, MHKIE (in Structural Discipline) or equivalent preferable

  • Minimum 2 years’ post qualification experience in structural engineering

  • Proven English proficiency and good command of Putonghua

  • Capable to handle projects independently

  • Experience in China projects is an advantage 

Responsibilities:

  • Provide structural engineering services include carrying of structural design and site supervision for Hong Kong projects, structural project management for Hong Kong and PRC projects 

RESEARCH ASSISTANT (PART-TIME)

Requirements:

  • Undergraduates in Information Technology, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics or related disciplines

  • Good command of SQL, Excel, Powerpoint

  • Detail-minded and able to handle numerical data accurately

  • Strong business sense and analytical skills

  • Proven English proficiency

  • Require to work on every Sundays & public holidays from 2pm to 9pm

Responsibilities:

  • Support data collection from different sources 

  • Assist in data & analytics tasks, including data manipulation and checking 

  • Assist in reports preparation
