DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYST / ASSISTANT DIGITAL & SOCIAL MEDIA ANALYST

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or above

  • 3-5 years’ experience in market or business analytics or market research

  • Familiar with social media platforms and social analytics in Hong Kong and mainland

  • Knowledge in retail market in Hong Kong and Mainland China preferred

  • Good communication, analytical and report writing skills

  • Proactive, independent and detail-minded

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint

Responsibilities:

  • Monitor trends and best practices on digital and social media strategy, support analysis and make recommendations

  • Support other digital marketing studies

SUMMER INTERN

Our two-month Summer Internship Programme gives undergraduates practical work and training exposures to SHKP’s property and non-property portfolio businesses.

  • Orientation: Interns will gain a better understanding of our core business and departmental operations through seminars and site visits to various properties and business units

  • On-the-job training: Interns will be attached to a department for hands-on experience working on assignments and projects under the coaching of department supervisors

  • Collective learning: Interns are expected to share their learning experiences by delivering presentations at the end of the internship

  • Corporate events: Interns will be invited to join our corporate events such as CSR campaigns, recreation activities, volunteer services, etc.

  • Feedback and performance evaluation: Department supervisors will provide feedback on interns’ performance to help them identify their strengths and potential for future career development

Department and Function

  • Corporate Communications (Digital & Social Media)

    • Conduct regular print and social media monitoring and prepare reports

    • Create marketing contents on social media to increase engagement

    • Assist in development and execution of digital marketing plans 

  • Corporate Research and Investment

    • Assist in researches on company listed in Hong Kong / China, in particular property sector

    • Maintain database on Hong Kong / China companies

    • Support IPO analysis

  • Data Analytics & Research

    • Support social listening and studies

    • Assist in secondary research, compiling reports and analyses

    • Assist coordinate SHKP Club database system enhancement and UAT

  • Industrial Leasing

    • Conduct market researches & feasibility studies

    • Updated and compiled database proactively

    • Assisted in ad hoc tasks such as sales of car-park spaces

  • Office Leasing

    • Conduct market research and analysis in for office properties

    • Outdoor duties required

  • Quality Assurance – Malls’ Loyalty Program

    • Provide daily operation support for malls’ loyalty program

    • Coordinate with different departments and participating malls on quality assurance procedures

    • Proficient in Advanced Excel will be an advantage

  • Residential Leasing

    • Assist in handling daily leasing enquiries, marketing and tenancy matters for residential properties

    • Provide quality service to customers in various aspects, including planning & organizing guest events and designing newsletters

    • Conduct research for residential properties market

    • High level of English proficiency required and good command of Mandarin will be an advantage

  • Retail Leasing

    • Conduct market research & analysis for shopping malls

    • Assist in preparing materials for leasing presentation

    • Provide support on lease administration and reviews

  • SHKP Club Marketing

    • Support SHKP Club related promotion activities include competitions, workshops, etc

    • Assist in copywriting & translation of promotion collaterals and market research work

    • Provide on-site support to membership recruitment activities during property sales launches

    • Outdoor and irregular work is required

ASSISTANT OFFICER – CREDIT / COMPLIANCE

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration / Accounting / Finance or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in banking / financial industry with exposure on AML / compliance / risk management preferred

  • Proven English proficiency and good command of Putonghua

  • Strong interpersonal, analytical and report writing skills 

  • Familiar with PC software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access & related statistical software

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administration and maintenance of the credit database

  • Follow up the news and changes on credit policies, regulations and compliance requirements

  • Prepare credit statistic report for credit risk monitoring and supervision review

  • Conduct analysis, assessment and evaluation on credit proposals

  • Candidates with more experience will be considered for a senior position.

ANALYST PROGRAMMER - ORACLE E-BUSINESS SUITE

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related disciplines

  • Minimum 3 years’ IT experience and 1 year solid experience of development and maintenance support in Financial and Accounting systems including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets and cash management

  • Technical knowledge and solid experience in Web Application Development, Oracle EBS, Oracle SQL Developer, Oracle Forms/Reports 10g, Discoverer, BI Publisher, PL/SQL, Java Programming, Shell Scripts, Linux and Windows

  • Preference for those experienced in accounting systems, especially on system interface and integration development 

  • Experience in Spring Framework, electronic payment or other accounting packages is an advantage

  • Proven English and Putonghua proficiency

  • Self-motivated, independent, good analytical mind, problem solving, communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Mainly responsible for accounting related projects including requirement study, design, development, implementation, maintenance, training and user support, etc.

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Programmer.

ASSISTANT RESEARCH MANAGER / SENIOR RESEARCH OFFICER – MARKET RESEARCH

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, public administration, communication, marketing, or a related discipline

  • 6-8 years’ experience in qualitative market research in Hong Kong & China. Minimum of 2-3 years of working experience as a moderator preferred

  • Familiar with social media platforms and social analytics in Hong Kong and mainland

  • Proven English proficiency & fluent Putonghua

  • Good interpersonal & communication (including report writing), analytical and project management skills

  • Proactive, independent and detail-minded

  • Knowledge on property and retail market in Hong Kong and Mainland China preferred and have basic knowledge on quantitative research

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office software, e.g. Word, Excel & PowerPoint

  • Willing to work overtime and on public holidays, as well as under pressure 

Responsibilities:

  • Design and conduct qualitative research to develop a deep understanding of consumer behaviors, needs and motivations, and identify business opportunities and areas of enhancements

  • Plan and execute qualitative research projects, including designing proposal and discussion guide, recruiting participants, moderating focus group and in-depth interviews, quality checking with transcripts, analyzing unstructured data, compiling business reports and developing actionable recommendations, and supporting other activities necessary for qualitative research projects

  • Support quantitative surveys and incorporate data to analyze the results

  • Support digital and social media analysis and make recommendations

  • Work closely and liaise with internal departments to understand research requirements and needs

  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Research Officer.
