Executive Officer II (Health Information & Records Department)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and executive support and maintain the smooth operations of Health Information & Records Department

  • Maintain confidentiality and standardization of information and record against misuse of personal data.

  • Enhance and improve the overall operation with inter and intra department partners in the area of release of information.

  • Liaise with other departments in implementation and monitoring of corporate record management project

  • Extract and manage the data from hospital information system for preparing statistical report, service review and key performance indicator

  • Assist in planning, coordinating, organizing and managing departmental projects for continuous quality improvement.

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Entry Requirements:

  • Degree in Health Information Management, Nursing, Public Health or related disciplines

  • At least 5 years’ related experience in information and record management or nursing administration

Preferable Attributes:

  • Strong organizational and analytical skills with ability to organise multiple tasks and deliver quality work

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese

  • Proven solid experience in healthcare administration

Executive Officer (Hospital Management Department)

Job Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the provision of administrative support to Hospital Management and Medical Services

  • Assist in management of credentialing and privileging processes for visiting and in-house doctors

  • Provide secretarial support to various committees, task forces and operations meetings

  • Maintain a good filing system for proper record keeping and retrieval

  • Coordinate with internal and external parties to support the daily operation of the Office

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Entry Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree in Health Care Management/Business Administration or related discipline

  • At least 5 years’ relevant experience, with exposure in healthcare settings as an advantage

  • Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese

  • Strong organizational, interpersonal and problem-solving skills, attention to details and good computer literacy

  • Immediate availability is preferred

Helpdesk Analyst

Job Responsibilities:

  • Supervise helpdesk support to meet the daily need of hospital operation

  • Perform helpdesk support including call handling, troubleshooting, follow-up action and coordination

  • Utilise remote administration tools to resolve issues on desktops, laptops, and printers

  • Ensuring proper documentation, notification, tracking, and follow up of all incidents

  • Provide IT solution through telephone and email on desktop hardware, mobile device, Microsoft Windows, Office and IT related issues

  • Shift duty is required

  • Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors

Entry Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree

  • At least 2 years’ experience in helpdesk support

  • Strong communication skill in Cantonese and English language

  • Good problem solving, analytical and interpersonal skills

  • Strong work ethic and willing to work hard

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Windows desktop environments is an advantage
